Why can't I log in on mydoterra.com?

  • Due to the upgrade of our system, mydoterra.com is no longer in use for those who have been moved onto the enhanced www.doterra.com/CA/en experience.

Why can't I edit my second Loyalty Rewards Template?

  • Please check the warehouse selected if you are having difficulties accessing your additional templates. Each template is only accessible if the associated warehouse has been chosen.
  • i. i.e. If the Canadian warehouse has been selected, I can edit my Canada template whereas my US template will not be accessible.

How do I know if my order is a Canadian or US order?

  • When placing an order, first select which warehouse you would like to use. Choose the Canadian or US flag under the warehouse selector. This can be found above the loyalty rewards templates on the shopping page or within an order above the pricing section.

How do I edit or add a credit card to my account?

  • Under the Account Profile (found on the account dropdown menu), go to the 'Payment Methods' section and select 'Manage Payment Options' or 'Add a Credit or Debit Card' to make changes to your payment information.

How do I edit or add a shipping address and make it my default address?

  • Under the Account Profile (found on the account dropdown menu), go to the 'Shipping Addresses' section and select one of the options in order to edit or add a shipping address. Once you have made the needed edits or filled out the appropriate fields, mark the box next to 'Make this my default shipping address'. Then make sure to save!

Why can't I add Canadian product to my bag?

  • Please check the warehouse you have currently selected. If it is the US warehouse, you will need to clear your bag of all items. Then select the Canadian warehouse and you will be able to add Canada items to your bag.

How do I access my backoffice?

  • On the top right of the website, once you have clicked on the 'Account' icon, a dropdown menu will appear. Select 'My Office' and you will be directed to your backoffice.

How do I find and edit my profile?

  • On the top right of the website, once you have clicked on the 'Account' icon, a dropdown menu will appear. Select 'Account Profile' and you will be directed to your profile page. There under the 'My Profile' section, you will be able to edit your information by selecting the edit icon found on the top right corner of the box.
