Bergamot Oil

Bergamot essential oil is unique among citrus oils because it can create both an uplifting and calming environment. It may also support a healthy nervous system, calm the digestive system, and promote a healthy metabolism when taken internally thanks to limonene, one of its primary chemical constituents.*

Bergamot is the most delicate citrus plant, requiring a special climate and soil to thrive. Italians have used bergamot oil for years to soothe and rejuvenate the skin. In Greece, unripe fruits are used as sweetmeats, which are eaten by the spoonful as dessert or with coffee.
