Why do you love the AromaTouch Technique?
There are many reasons why I love the AromaTouch Technique. I love all of the beautiful oils we use, the amazing aroma that is created from layering them on top of each other, the way the recipient feels after the application, the way I feel after giving an AromaTouch, and the way it helps me to connect with an individual at such a deep level. I feel it is one of the most beautiful things to learn because you can use it to support a loved one or a close friend any time.

I love how we can also do the AromaTouch Hand Technique because it doesn't take too long to do and it offers so much to an individual. I have done the AromaTouch Hand Technique while I was out for dinner with a friend. I felt she needed the support as she was going through a really difficult time. I would have loved to have given her a full AromaTouch but that is not something you can do at a restaurant.

The hand technique was perfect and she felt fantastic afterwards. I give the AromaTouch Technique as birthday presents. I created a voucher that has a photo of me doing the AromaTouch on a friend. It is such a fun way to share something I love so much with others!
 

 

What I do with the AromaTouch Technique can be done by anyone who loves supporting people. At my classes I have mothers coming with their daughter or son. The youngest one I have had attend the AromaTouch class was 8 years old. In this situation we use less amount of oils. Couples attend the class together, friends comes together or individuals come and they partner up with someone.
