Dante Amato is doTERRA Australia’s Platinum leader who has a strong belief in the power of intention and strategic planning. This was the driving force to keep her and her team going during COVID-19 restrictions amongst other challenges they faced during these times, especially in Melbourne. Dante finished in 5th Place for Diamond Club 2020 and in this time she had to pivot to 100% online classes. During Diamond Club she built from a Silver team in February 2020 to now ranking to Platinum. It is through sheer dedication, resilience and her ability to continually be in action, even when motivation is lacking, that she anchors in to her vision and keeps moving forward.

Dante’s journey with essential oils began when she was seeking solutions to a specific need and her research kept leading her back to essential oils. She knew that her cousin’s wife sold doTERRA, so she reached out and placed her first essential oil order. “I remember the day I first experienced Easy Air®, I cracked the bottle open, sat on the end of my bed and inhaled it from the bottle, and was overwhelmed by the experience.” From this moment, “the love affair continued and I launched my doTERRA business the following month.”

Dante began her doTERRA business by teaching her first class 2 months later and enrolled 37 people. The key to achieving the rank of Platinum is having “equal part strategy and belief” she says. Dante is a huge believer in “the power of intention and that once you have made a decision, as long as you truly believe it, the outcome is inevitable”. Dante adds, “The strategy part is all in the planning. It comes down to honest and open communication within the team and remembering your team’s culture and vision always.”

Dante shares her 3 top tips that have helped her grow to a Platinum team. “Your intention is what you will start your day with. Your belief is what you will call on through times of challenge. And your vision is what will call in your team and your builders.” Many of her team launched their businesses this year and she knows that for many of them the community and connection that this business provided got them through one of the most challenging years of their lives. Her team now has over 25 Builders and are on their way to creating their Diamond team.

“My biggest learning about these products has come from stories my customers share, there’s hundreds of transformations just like mine … that’s where the magic is. Having such a profound transformation with the products has enabled me to stand behind them with unwavering belief, even before I knew ‘all the things’ I’ve been able to confidently speak about them” Dante said. She adds, “I truly believe that when we give our bodies the right environment, and we allow them to be self-healing organisms, they can show us what they are really made of and these essential oils really highlight that relationship.”

I diffuse it every night with Lavender Peace® and carry it in my handbag so I can give it a quick sniff throughout the day. doTERRA Touch® Rose Oil, for my face. I spent my adult life as a Freelance Makeup Artist and know a thing or two about radiant skin …. Rose oil has been a game changer as I’ve switched to completely non-tox skincare. I roll it directly on instead of face cream”, Dante says. LLV is also a non-negotiable for Dante’s daily routine as they have assisted her energy levels, general health and wellbeing.
