Charity Partner - Dismantle

dōTERRA Healing Hands Foundation AUNZ is taking accelerated action with at-risk young People.

By joining forces with the Perth charity Dismantle we’re helping mentor and support vulnerable youth by finding out where they want to go and what it’s going to take to get them there.

Dismantle puts mentoring in motion with their BikeRescue initiative, designed to support young people with hands-on technical, personal and social skill development through a 10-session bike restoration program. Delivered by trained youth workers, this program gives participants the chance to fix bikes while gaining the insights and skills to help them with their future pathway planning.

In August 2022 we teamed up with our Sandalwood supplier to help Dismantle bring to life the first ever BikeRescue program with students from East Kimberley College in Kununurra.​

Across the week-long program we witnessed at-risk young people thrive, building transferable skills while collaborating with other students and teachers. $1,500 AU worth of bike tools have also been donated to the East Kimberley College to build on the momentum of the week and help the students further develop their new skills.​
