Description

Why should I add Celery Seed oil to my collection? Celery Seed essential oil is composed of two primary compounds: limonene and beta-selinene. Limonene –the compound which famously imparts the bright aroma and cleansing properties to citrus essential oils—gives Celery Seed many of the same properties. However, beta-selinene is not found in significant concentrations in any other limonene-containing essential oils. Together, both components give Celery Seed essential oil its unique and powerfully energizing aroma, fresh flavor, and gentle soothing properties when applied to the skin—a unique combination among essential oils.

Uses

• Massage one drop of Celery Seed oil into the stomach for a soothing abdominal massage.
• Apply a few drops of Celery Seed oil to back of neck for a calming aroma.
• Add a few drops Celery Seed essential oil to a warm bath to create a relaxing environment.

• Add one to two drops of Celery Seed oil to your regular household cleaning spray for a fresh aroma and surface cleansing.
• Diffuse three to four drops of Celery Seed oil for an uplifting aroma.

• Add one to two drops of Celery Seed oil to your favorite drink or smoothie for a refreshing taste.
• Use one drop of Celery Seed oil to flavor soups or savory recipes.

Directions for Use

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in 120 mL of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
