Supplies
- 1 cup baking soda
- ½ cup citric acid
- ½ cup cornstarch
- 4 tablespoons distilled water
- Decorative silicon mold tray
- 10 drops each of Red Mandarin, Grapefruit, and Lime essential oils
Try this essential oil combination or use Red Mandarin with other citrus oils you love!
Instructions
- Add dry ingredients (baking soda, citric acid, and cornstarch) to a large mixing bowl and whisk until combined.
- Add Red Mandarin and other desired essential oils and stir well to incorporate, breaking up clumps.
- Add the water, 1 teaspoon at a time, over the mixture to slightly dampen.
- Add to decorative silicone mold tray and press down firmly.
- After the all the molds are filled, place the silicone mold in the freezer for two hours. Gently pop each shower steamer out of its mold and store in an airtight container.
- Place a shower steamer into the corner of your shower, away from the water to enjoy a steam filled shower with the rejuvenating aroma of Red Mandarin oil.
Citrus Mint Body Wash

- 1 ½ cups unscented castile soap
- 3 tablespoons almond oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable glycerin
- 30 drops Red Mandarin essential oil
- 10 drops Peppermint essential oil
Instructions
- Add castile soap, almond oil, vegetable glycerin, and essential oils to the bottle.
- Attach the pump to the bottle and shake well. Remember to shake well before each use.
