The Reward Bonus

If you’re already qualifying for Power of 3, you’re halfway to your Boost Your Business bonus! The second half is increasing doTERRA Rewards growth for members that you have personally enrolled in the last 12 months. This is otherwise known as Personal Growth Volume (PGV).

For a customer to qualify toward your Personal Growth Volume they need to:

• Have been enrolled by you in the last 12 months
• Be outside of their enrollment month
• Place a doTERRA Rewards order (LRP) of any PV during the month

As you qualify for Power of 3 sales bonus, and meet Personal Growth Volume requirements, you earn additional cash on top of your Power of 3 sales bonus!

How it Works

1. Earn the $50 USD, $250 USD, or $1500 USD Power of 3 sales bonus by meeting standard requirements:

• Personal 100 PV doTERRA Rewards order (LRP).
• Three personally sponsored members with 100 PV doTERRA Rewards orders (LRP).
• A total of 600 team volume in orders between you and those on your front line.

2. Meet Personal Growth Volume:

• 400 Personal Growth Volume: earn an extra $50 USD

or

• 800 Personal Growth Volume: earn an additional $200 USD on top of the $50 USD, for a total of $250 USD

Excited to take advantage of this promotion, but aren’t sure where to start? Here are some tips to get you going:

• Focus on enrolling in January: By enrolling new customers in January, you’ll have additional people you can introduce to doTERRA Rewards in February to count towards your Personal Growth Volume when the promotion starts! You can continue enrolling through February to support your qualifications for March as well.
• Seek out members you’ve enrolled in the last year: Find those who aren’t currently enjoying the benefits of the doTERRA Rewards program. Consider sending this link to help educate them on how to maximize benefits when ordering their favorite doTERRA products and trying new ones [link to doTERRA Rewards landing page].

Participation in doTERRA Rewards is the strongest indicator of retention, which is fundamental to long-term growth in your business. By focusing on sharing and selling products, enrollment, customer engagement, and doTERRA Rewards participation, you can maximize this promotion and set your business up for long-term success.

A new tracker will be added to your Back Office to monitor your Personal Growth Volume! Details and an expected launch date for this tool will be announced soon. The status of your Power of 3 sales bonus qualifications can be found in the Dashboard in your Back Office.

Commonly Asked Questions

If I’m not currently qualified for my Power of 3 bonus, can I still qualify?
Yes! Regardless of whether you’re currently qualified for this bonus, if you build out your Power of 3 sales bonus structure, you can be eligible to qualify for the boost bonus.

Do enrollment orders count toward Personal Rewards Growth volume?
No, enrollment orders don’t count. Only doTERRA Rewards orders (LRP) placed after the enrollment month are included.

What if the new member checks the “Subscribe Monthly” box on their enrollment order? Would that count?
No, only orders placed after the enrollment month will count. So, although the “subscribe monthly” box will qualify the member for rewards points, it will not count toward your Personal Growth Volume until they place a Rewards order the following month.

Do “Instant Rewards” orders count?
Yes, regardless of when or how the subscription order is processed, all doTERRA Rewards order volume that month will count toward your Personal Growth Volume for members you enrolled within the last 12 months.

Can I earn multiple boosts in a single month if I qualify for more than one level?
You can only earn one boost per month, so if you want to maximize your rewards, aim for level 3!

What if I transfer the enrollership of a member?
That volume will contribute to the Personal Growth Volume of the Wellness Advocate who holds enrollership, so if you transfer enrollership to someone, the volume will count toward their total.

What if I qualify for the $50 USD Power of 3 sales bonus but have 800 Personal Growth Volume?
You’ll receive the $50 boost in addition to your normal $50 USD bonus. To qualify for the $250 USD boost, you need to qualify for the $250 USD or higher Power of 3 sales bonus.

If the new member doesn’t set up their subscription order the month right after they enroll, can they still help me qualify?
Yes, it doesn’t matter when the member joins doTERRA Rewards, if they enrolled with doTERRA within the last 12 months and place a doTERRA Rewards order during February or March, their order will count towards your Personal Growth Volume.

If I qualify for a boost in February, can I still earn a boost in March?
Absolutely! You’ll receive the boost for each month you qualify.

How will I know if I’ve qualified?
The Back Office will display your current Personal Growth Volume and Power of 3 sales bonus qualification status. If you meet both requirements, you’ll qualify.

Is there a minimum PV for subscription orders to count?
All doTERRA Rewards orders, regardless of PV amount, for members enrolled within the last 12 months will contribute to your Personal Growth Volume.

Do my Diamond Club reactivations or re-enrollments count?
Reactivations do not count toward your Personal Growth Volume. However, any re-enrollments you had during the last Diamond Club season do count as a regular enrollment and contribute to this number.
