Uses

• Diffuse or place a few drops of MetaPWR blend on your hands, cup them over the nose, and inhale deeply to create a stimulating environment that’s ideal for exercise
• Add drops of MetaPWR blend to a carrier oil or lotion during an uplifting massage.
• Add a drop to water, tea, or smoothies and drink for a pleasant flavour.

Directions for Use

Diffusion: Add four drops to the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Take one drop with 120 mL of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
