Cō-Impact Sourcing® and the dōTERRA Healing Hands Foundation™ in Bulgaria

doTERRA is excited to be partnering with Esseterre Bulgaria in the Co-Impact Sourcing production of our Lavender and Melissa essential oils. Subsequently, the doTERRA Healing Hands Foundation is pleased to support Esseterre in a project involving the Social Teahouse, a Bulgarian social enterprise dedicated to creating equal opportunities and the development of an independent lifestyle for children in Bulgaria as they age out of the orphanage system.

Coming out of orphanages and social state care institutions, these children lack education and literacy, personal and emotional development, equal access to the labor market as an instrument for successful social integration, and professional opportunities. In an effort to create equal opportunities for these young adults, the Social Teahouse focuses on providing children between the ages of 14 and 18 with skills and competences needed, by being a bridge between their time in the orphanages to their life after. These young adults are able to work on personal and professional skills, receive job skills training, access to internships, and networking and job opportunities.
 
As the doTERRA Healing Hands Foundation, Esseterre Bulgaria, and the Social Teahouse work together, we anticipate our efforts will increase public awareness and create positive social engagement to this problem.
