Bishnu Adhikari, Director of Co-Impact Sourcing

Bishnu Adhikari brought his expertise to doTERRA in 2018 and currently leads Co-Impact Sourcing. A world-renowned humanitarian, he’s worked over 20 years in developmental and humanitarian causes around the world. His credentials include a master’s degree in engineering and in environmental science. Bishnu has dedicated his life and career to empowering communities. Now, his focus is on strengthening the sustainable and ethical sourcing of oils through Co-Impact Sourcing.


Mark Blumenthal, American College Health Association

Mark Blumenthal is the founder and executive director of the American Botanical Council (ABC), a leading, independent nonprofit dedicated to disseminating accurate, reliable, and responsible information on herbs and medicinal plants. He’s the editor and publisher of HerbalGram, an international, peer-reviewed quarterly journal. For six years, he served as an adjunct associate professor of medicinal chemistry at the College of Pharmacy, University of Texas at Austin. He’s appeared on more than 400 radio and television shows and written over 500 articles, reviews, and book chapters for many major publications. Mark has led the charge for more rational regulations of herbal and natural product manufacturing, as well as education on plant-based medicines, for over 40 years.


Michelle Cannon, doTERRA Blue Diamond

Michelle Cannon began her journey toward a more holistic lifestyle six years ago and is currently a Blue Diamond. She loves to share her passion with others and help them find natural solutions. Michelle can’t think of a better calling in life than being a mother, wife, and advocate for living the healthiest life possible.


Alex DaBell, Director, Nutraceutical Development and Innovation

Alex DaBell is the principal scientist behind the development of doTERRA nutritional products. He holds a master’s degree in physiology and developmental biology from Brigham Young University. With nearly a decade of industry experience, Alex is incredibly qualified to lead the development of some of the highest quality nutritional products available anywhere. He enjoys learning about new discoveries in nutrition and brainstorming and pondering how those discoveries might make their way into new and existing doTERRA products. Alex and his wife, Lisa, enjoy taking their three children outdoors, making beautiful music, and trying out new recipes.


Dr. Danielle Daniel

Dr. Danielle Daniel is a doctor of psychology and licensed clinical social worker from San Diego, California. She completed her doctoral research studying the effects of aromatherapy on the symptoms of PTSD. Her dissertation has been published in a book, and her research has been submitted to a peer-reviewed journal for publication.


Judy Diaz-Guerrero, doTERRA Diamond

Judy Diaz-Guerrero is a Los Angeles native, a loving wife, and mother of three who hasn’t gone a day without doTERRA Balance® in seven years. Her desire to empower people drove her to earn a master’s degree in social work. She’s since parlayed her personal passions and career goals into a fulfilling life of sharing wellness through doTERRA’s gifts of the earth.


Jennifer Eddins, PhD, Public Health Epidemiology

Jennifer Eddins received her PhD in public health epidemiology from Walden University. She has over 28 years of experience in the medical field, including 16 years of experience with fungal air sampling. Before receiving her doctorate, Jennifer graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in microbiology. Jennifer works at the University of Colorado Hospital.


Georges-Edouard Elie, Sourcing Partner

Georges-Edouard Elie was born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. In 1999, he moved to Les Cayes to assist with the steam distillation of Haitian vetiver oil, partnering with Marcel Fleurimond. The two began researching and determining different methods of steam distillation and came up with hydro-diffusion for vetiver. In 2014, they opened Hydro Diffusion Haiti, which produces hydro-diffused Vetiver essential oil exclusively for doTERRA.


Dr. Andrew Gough, DO

Dr. Andrew Gough is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with degrees in psychology, chemistry, and sports science, with postdoctoral training in aromatic medicine and nutrition. Dr. Gough immigrated to the US from England in 2002 to pursue an education at the founding school of osteopathic medicine. He’s the father of five children with his wife, Blue Diamond Ruth Gough. The Goughs believe in a natural lifestyle approach to healthcare and live in Aberdeen, South Dakota, where they own a yoga studio, apothecary, and raw juice bar.


Roxanne Harris, BSN, DipBM, doTERRA Diamond

As a Diamond and trained nurse, Roxanne Harris encourages people to take control of their health by giving them the tools and knowledge they require. She seeks to exemplify her belief that you can have a family and a career, while also living an abundant life. For Roxanne, doing it all doesn’t mean sacrificing your health and happiness.


Justin Harrison, Master Distributor, doTERRA Double Blue Diamond, US Founder

Justin Harrison—a husband, father of nine sons, and success coach and author—has spent much of his career in network marketing. Because of an amazing team and phenomenal leaders, his doTERRA organization has more than two million members worldwide. His vision to heal the world physically and financially, one drop at a time, has never been more secure.


David Hawkins, Physical Therapist, Prime Meridian Health Clinics

David Hawkins graduated from Brigham Young University, then earned a master’s degree in physical therapy from Texas Woman’s University, one of the top physical therapy programs in the US. He holds certifications in strength and conditioning and dry needling. David brings 20 years of experience to the Prime Meridian Health Clinics team, helping people enjoy better health and happier, more active lives.


Tim Hightower, Performance Advocate, NFL Running Back

Tim Hightower isn’t your average NFL athlete. After four years in the NFL, Tim was sidelined due to injury. It was an unfortunate setback, but not enough to keep him away from the game. While the road to recovery and reclaiming his position wouldn’t be easy, Tim was determined. Through physical and mental strength, as well as living a healthy lifestyle, he made it back into the NFL, where he’s proved to be a valuable asset on the field. Tim credits the continued support from his family, chronicled faith, and commitment to living a holistic lifestyle for his success as a professional athlete. “Essential oils are game-changers for me and the family,” Tim says. He and his wife, Rikki, incorporate doTERRA into their daily routines, as well as the routines of their two sons.


Rebecca Hintze, doTERRA Presidential Diamond

Rebecca Hintze is considered an expert in the field of mental health, specializing in family issues and emotional intelligence. She’s the international bestselling author of Healing Your Family History, distributed worldwide and translated into eight languages. She’s also the creator of the book series and course Essentially Happy, applying solutions from Mother Nature to improve mood! Rebecca enjoys speaking on healing family conflict and patterns, overcoming destructive behavior, increasing emotional intelligence, and resolving healthcare issues naturally through essential oils and supplementation. Rebecca has been married for over 30 years to her husband, Shane. Together, they have four children and five grandchildren.


Dr. Katherine Igah-Phillips, MD, MHA

Dr. Katherine Igah-Phillips—affectionately known as Dr. K—is an award-winning international speaker and holistic humanitarian. She focuses on the power behind mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellness. Dr. K uses her private integrative medicine practice to give her community access to a space for holistic, natural, and authentic medicine, delivered by a team of like-minded healers. She also offers a virtual mentorship program, where she creates and holds the space for personal development and elevation of consciousness. Dr. K maximizes her life purpose by providing the tools and coaching necessary for people to access genuine healing, holistic elevation, and a fulfilling reality that they love.


Scott Johnson, Director, Education and Training

Scott Johnson is a prolific natural health writer, authoring of more than a dozen celebrated and bestselling books. He’s dedicated thousands of hours to studying natural therapies, with an emphasis on essential oils, and merging the art of natural healing with modern science. He’s empowered tens of thousands of individuals to realize greater wellness naturally by fostering an understanding of natural remedies and instilling confidence in individuals and health professionals. Scott pioneered evidence-based essential oil therapy and has a global reputation as an essential oil researcher, educator, and champion. Robin and Leland Jones, doTERRA Blue Diamonds

Blue Diamonds Robin and Leland Jones have been married for 15 years and are devoted parents to eight diverse children. They’ve built their doTERRA business of 80,000 team members in 45 countries worldwide, while also keeping their family a top priority. The influence and abundance from their business has allowed them to give back to causes close to their hearts, such as adoption, suicide prevention, and anti-human trafficking.


Audrey Laforge, doTERRA Blue Diamond

Audrey Laforge is a Blue Diamond who loves life and is passionate about harvesting happiness. She believes that each human being has the capacity to bring wonderful teachings to others through authenticity. Audrey strives to bring goodness to the world, because she knows every dream, vision, and intention is possible.


Dr. Kellie Lancaster, Chiropractor, doTERRA Diamond

Kellie Lancaster is a chiropractor focused on functional medicine. When she was introduced to doTERRA she was amazed by the power of the products. Now a Diamond, she hopes to help people just as she was helped. Since then, Kellie has integrated doTERRA products into her practice. She’s grown a team of world-changers, including doctors and healthcare professionals.


Doris Martel, Neuromuscular Therapist, Philadelphia 76ers

Doris Martel has been a sports neuromuscular therapist and massage therapist since 2010 with Triphysical and currently works as a neuromuscular therapist for the National Basketball Association (NBA) Philadelphia 76ers. She works with the team athletes year-round on biomechanical evaluation, injury prevention, injury rehab, and performance enhancement. Her expertise and professionalism have paved the way for her to work with a multitude of athletes involved in the NBA, National Hockey League (NHL), Women’s Tennis Association (WTA), and National Basketball League (NBL). Doris strives to share her knowledge and expertise with everyone so they can live and play with vitality.


Jessica Moultrie, doTERRA Presidential Diamond

Jessica Moultrie, a Presidential Diamond, aspires to help people from all walks of life achieve health and prosperity. Jessica is a lifetime fitness enthusiast, former college soccer player, and avid oil lover. Jessica and her husband, K. C., are currently raising three daughters: Olivia, Gabriella, and Bella. Jessica knows success awaits those willing to do what it takes to achieve it.


Plamen Nikolov, General Manager, Eastern Bulgaria

Plamen Nikolov is from Varna, Bulgaria. He earned a master’s degree in economics from the University of Vienna. As the general manager of the doTERRA Esseterre Bulgaria distillery, he knows the ins and outs of distilling some of the most precious essential oils in the world: Lavender and Melissa.


Dr. Russell Osguthorpe, MD, CMO, VP of Medical and Scientific Initiatives

Dr. Russell Osguthorpe currently serves as the chief medical officer of doTERRA. He’s establishing a network of primary care clinics focused on wellness and prevention through integrative, evidence-based medical practices. His work at doTERRA also revolves around directing research on the use of essential oils in healthcare settings. Dr. Osguthorpe received his medical degree from the McGill University School of Medicine, completed his residency at the Children’s Hospital in Denver, Colorado, and Pediatric Infectious Diseases Fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine.


Kristen Pardue, Registered Dietician, doTERRA Presidential Diamond

Kristen Pardue is a registered dietitian in Nashville, Tennessee. She lives there with her husband, Eric, and their two-year-old son, Owen. Kirsten attended Ole Miss for her undergraduate studies and then moved on to Vanderbilt Medical Center for her post-graduate work in nutrition. As a doTERRA Diamond, Kristen is on a passionate journey toward living a natural and healthy lifestyle, while also inspiring others to do the same.


Dr. Heather Pickett, DO, FAAFP Medical Director, Prime Meridian Health Clinics

Dr. Heather Pickett came to doTERRA with a unique and impressive background. Upon graduating from the United States Air Force (USAF) Academy, Dr. Pickett gave up her pilot training to pursue a career in medicine. While many of her colleagues questioned her decision, she remained committed to helping others with a more holistic approach. She followed medical school with a general surgery internship at Wright State University, a family medicine residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and finally a family medicine faculty development fellowship at the University of North Carolina. In addition to her family medicine expertise, she’s spent significant time practicing as a flight surgeon and received extensive education in alternative therapies, such as acupuncture. Dr. Pickett has had the opportunity to practice medicine all over the world, including stints in Alaska, Germany, Nevada, and California, as well as the Middle East.


Audra Robinson, doTERRA Presidential Diamond

Audra Robinson grew up in a log cabin in Iowa and was raised on cough syrup and ibuprofen. When she experienced healing through essential oils, vitamins, and nutritional changes, she just had to share. She loves offering hope and healing so others can become the happiest, healthiest and most terrific versions of themselves. She shares a legacy of love one drop at a time.


Dr. Prabodh Satyal, PhD, CSO, APRC

Dr. Prabodh Satyal is the chief scientific officer and owner of the Aromatic Plant Research Center (APRC). Originally from Nepal, he earned his master’s and doctorate in essential oil research from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He’s studied the chemical compositions of more than 30,000 essential oils from various parts of the world, published more than 100 research articles in peer-reviewed journals, and served as a purity analyst for nearly 10 years. Dr. Satyal has a special interest in essential oil adulteration detection using marker-based analysis and has created the only known mass spectral library of synthetic markers. He’s currently developing the first-ever fully automated adulteration analysis software for GCMS, which will identify the percentage of purity, origin, and mixed sources in essential oils.


Anne Shipley, FNP, Prime Meridian Health Clinics™

Anne Shipley attended University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UMPC) Shadyside School of Nursing while working at the UMPC Montefiore in the transplant ICU. She earned her BSN and MSN as a family practitioner at Carlow University. Prior to joining Prime Meridian Health Clinics, Anne was a doTERRA Wellness Advocate. She believes in supporting the body’s natural processes with essential oils, nutrition, and physical activity. Her aim is to help patients get to the root of their problems and find true health and healing. She serves on the board of directors for Joel 2 Missions, a ministry that supports survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence. Anne spends her free time exploring trails, fishing, and hiking with her family.


Cecilia Spinelli, Sourcing Partner

Cecilia Spinelli is part of a four-generation family business that produces citrus essential oils in southern Italy. She focuses on merging generations of knowledge with new technologies in order to protect the purity of the essential oils, ensure the sustainability of production, and produce the highest quality products.


Dr. Nicole Stevens, MS, PhD, Director of Clinical Research

Dr. Nicole Stevens has been conducting research into essential oils for more than 20 years. She’s worked in quality control laboratories in the nutraceutical industry, as well as in academic research laboratories at the University of Utah and the University of Nevada Las Vegas Cancer Research Institute. Dr. Stevens currently serves as director of clinical research and essential oil formulation at doTERRA. She earned her master of science degree in botany and integrative biology and recently completed her PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology.


Jessica Travis, NP, doTERRA Diamond

Jessica Travis is a Diamond leader with a passion for science, research, and medicine, particularly neurology. After receiving her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Nevada, she served for many years as a nurse practitioner in pain medicine and neurology before retiring to pursue a career in holistic education and concentrate on her doTERRA business full-time. She’s a wife and mother who especially enjoys empowering others to understand more complicated topics in a practical and useful way.


Dr. Paul Winterton, MD, Orthopedic Surgeon

Dr. Paul Winterton is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. He earned his medical degree from Harvard Medical School in 1993 and completed his residency at the Mayo Clinic in 1998. Following the residency, he completed two fellowships at the Institute for Bone and Joint Disorders in shoulder and knee reconstructive surgery and sports medicine, as well as foot and ankle reconstruction in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Winterton currently serves on the Board of Councilors for the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. For many years, he’s advocated for the integration and practical use of essential oils in his practice. As a member of the Scientific Advisory Board for doTERRA, he currently researches the basic science, cell biology, and clinical application of essential oils. He’s a strong proponent of practical use of essential oils and dietary supplements in the home, as well as of the traditional western medical clinical setting, particularly bone and joint well-being.


Eliza Yoshida, doTERRA Diamond

Eliza Yoshida has been a Wellness Advocate for over six years. She’s a police wife and mom, and has been an educator of 17 years. She’s passionate about teaching natural solutions, while also helping people gain financial control.


Rebekah Zelenka, Wellness Advocate

Rebekah Zelenka is a Wellness Advocate with extensive knowledge of how to use natural products to support family wellness. Her oldest daughter Grace, for example, is a competitive swimmer who regularly pushes her body to the limit. Rebekah uses her background in health and exercise science, as well as her knowledge of essential oils, to give Grace a stronger foundation.
