Q: Is dōTERRA Rewards the same as the Loyalty Rewards Program?
A: dōTERRA Rewards gives you many of the same great benefits that you know and love from the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) such as earning points, product of the month and reduced shipping rates. However, dōTERRA Rewards has some new benefits for brand new subscribers and the introduction of VIP status.
Q: What benefits come with dōTERRA Rewards?
A: With dōTERRA Rewards, you will get the added benefits of lower shipping rates, rewards points on qualified orders, a free Product of the Month, the opportunity to be a VIP, and more!
Q: How do I qualify for the Welcome Gift?
A: Starting February 2025, those that place their very first Rewards Order with at least 100PV will automatically be given the Welcome Gift which includes samples of some of our favorite products. If you have placed Rewards/Subscription orders in the past, you would not qualify for the gift.

Q: How do I earn Rewards points?
A: To earn Rewards points, simply place a minimum of 50 PV Rewards order each month. Every three months you ship your qualified order, you’ll level up your earnings:
Q: Do I have to order monthly?
A: To maintain your progress towards VIP, you need to order at least 1 PV per month on dōTERRA Rewards.
Q: Can I skip or cancel?
A: Currently, skipping or holding an order for a month is not offered. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time. By cancelling, you will lose your progress towards VIP (percentage level that you have earned) and forfeit any point balance on your account. While you need a minimum of 50 PV each month to progress towards VIP you can maintain your current point level by shipping at least one product with PV during the month.
Q: How do I get VIP status?
A: You achieve VIP Status by placing qualifying Rewards orders each month. Your percentage levels up by 5% every three consecutive months when your orders are over 50 PV until you reach the maximum 30% benefits of a VIP.
Q: How do I qualify for the VIP Bag?
A: Those that have placed 50+ PV orders consistently and reached the 30 percent tier will receive an exclusive dōTERRA Rewards VIP bag on their next Rewards order.
All accounts who have achieved the 30% level through the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) prior to January 2025 will have an opportunity to receive a dōTERRA Rewards VIP bag by placing a 100 PV Rewards order in February 2025.
Q: When will I see newly received Rewards points added to my account?
A: Rewards points are added between the fifteenth and twentieth of the month after a qualifying order is placed. For example, points from a Rewards order placed in January will be awarded February 15–20.

A: You can redeem your Rewards points at any time.

Q: Why do collections require more points than their listed wholesale prices?
A: The number of points required to purchase select collections is the cost of each individual item included in the collection, not the collection price. We already provide collections at a discounted rate, so the discount doesn't apply when you purchase the collection with points.
Q: How do I place a Rewards points order?
A: In your virtual shopping cart, select “Use Points” on the products you’d like to pay for with your Rewards points. New points are uploaded to your account on the fifteenth of each month (if you placed your 50 PV subscription order during the previous month).
