Uses

• Apply to large areas as a part of a massage
• Massage into your shoulders, lower back, and legs after exercising
• Apply knees and joints before or after a run

Directions for Use

Massage lotion into affected areas. For a more intensive treatment, apply Deep Blue Essential Oil Blend on the skin prior to lotion application.
