This blend can be applied topically to the neck, temples, or wrists to provide a soothing sensation on the skin while you enjoy its invigorating aroma. Uses

• Apply to temples and back of neck as part of a work or study routine.
• Use topically during a mid-day slump for its reenergizing aroma.
• Roll onto wrists or back of hands and inhale deeply.

Directions for Use

Topical use: For topical use only. Apply to desired areas. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.

Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Keep out of eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Dilute with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. Avoid sunlight or UV rays for up to 12 hours after applying product.
