1. Membership: A Wholesale Customer Membership (“Membership”) allows you to purchase dōTERRA products for personal use at dōTERRA wholesale prices. dōTERRA reserves the right to refuse Membership to any applicant.
2. Membership Fee and Renewal: A Membership fee of $42.00 CAD is for one 12-month period from the date of enrollment of the Member. Upon the expiration of the 12-month period, a $30.00 CAD renewal fee for an additional 12-month period will be due at the time of the first order following the expiration of a 12-month period. Memberships renewed after the expiration date will be extended for 12 months from the renewal date. doTERRA may terminate the Membership for failure to pay the renewal fee or after one (1) year of inactivity.
3. Return Policy: a. Return of Products Within 30 Days. dōTERRA will refund one hundred percent (100%) of the purchase prices (plus applicable tax if prepaid) of Currently Marketable products purchased from the Company that are returned within thirty (30) days of purchase, less shipping costs. dōTERRA will provide a product credit of one hundred percent (100%) of the purchase price (plus applicable tax if prepaid) or a refund of ninety percent (90%) of the purchase price (plus applicable tax if prepaid) on products purchased from the Company not Currently Marketable that are returned by a Member within (30) days of purchase, less shipping costs.
b. Return of Product Within 31 to 90 Days. From thirty-one (31) days and up to ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, dōTERRA will provide a Product Credit of one hundred percent (100%) or a refund of ninety percent (90%) of the purchase price (plus applicable tax if prepaid) on Currently Marketable products purchased from the Company that are returned by a Member, less shipping costs.
c. Returns From 91 days to One Year After Purchase. After 91 days and up to twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, dōTERRA will provide a Product Credit of ninety (90%) or a refund of (90%) of the purchase price (plus applicable tax if prepaid) on Currently Marketable products purchased from the Company that are returned, less shipping costs (excludes limited time offers and expired items).
d. Currently Marketable. Products shall be deemed Currently Marketable if each of the following elements is satisfied: 1) product is purchased from doTERRA; 2) they are unopened and unused; 3) packaging and labeling have not been altered or damaged; 4) the product and packaging are in a condition such that it is a commercially reasonable practice within the trade to sell the merchandise at full price; 5) the product expiration date has not elapsed; and 5) the product contains current dōTERRA labeling. Products shall not be considered Currently Marketable if the Company discloses prior to purchase that the products are seasonal, discontinued, limited time offers, or special promotion products not subject to the Return Policy.
4. Loyalty Rewards Program: While a Member has no requirement to purchase products, a Member can ensure that the Member will receive monthly deliveries of dōTERRA products by enrolling in the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) after the first month of enrollment. LRP eliminates the inconvenience of placing monthly orders manually. If the Member’s LRP Order is at least 50 Personal Volume (PV) points every calendar month, the Member is eligible to receive Product Credits each month. PV is the point value of products purchased by a Member in one calendar month. Not all products will generate PV points and PV does not include purchases of product with Product Credit. The PV of a product is clearly delineated on the Product Order Form. Product Credits are noncash redeemable points that can be used to purchase dōTERRA designated products. Product Credits are granted as part of the LRP and in the discretion of the Company. After Member has been an LRP participant for 60 days, Member can redeem Product Credits to purchase full PV products. The credits can be redeemed for a $4.00 CAD fee, by calling 1-800-411- 8151. Products purchased with LRP credits are not for resale, and may not be returned. Redemption orders have no PV and cannot be combined with other product orders. Product Credits have no cash redemption value and are not transferrable. All Product Credits will be cancelled if participation in the LRP program is cancelled or if the Membership is terminated, except for the purpose of enrolling as a Wellness Advocate. A Member’s primary LRP order may only be cancelled by calling the Company. Any subsequent LRP order can be cancelled online.
5. Resale of Products: Member agrees that they will not sell dōTERRA products purchased through the Membership.
6. Limitation of Liability: dōTERRA, its members, managers, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, assigns, and agents (collectively referred as “affiliates”), shall not be liable for special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. If dōTERRA is found to be in breach of the terms and conditions, the maximum amount of damages Member may claim shall be limited to the amount of dōTERRA products that Member personally purchased from the dōTERRA and have remaining on hand.
7. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating to this agreement or the breach thereof, the parties hereto shall use their best efforts to settle the dispute, claim, question, or disagreement. To this effect, they shall consult and negotiate with each other in good faith and, recognizing their mutual interests, attempt to reach a just and equitable solution satisfactory to both parties. If they do not reach such solution within a period of 60 days, then, upon notice by either party to the other, all disputes, claims, questions, or differences shall be finally settled by arbitration. This agreement to arbitrate shall survive any termination or expiration of the Contract. Notwithstanding this arbitration provision, nothing herein shall prevent dōTERRA from applying to and obtaining from any court having jurisdiction a writ of attachment, a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, permanent injunction, or other relief available to safeguard and protect dōTERRA’s interest prior to, during, or following the filing of any arbitration or other proceeding or pending the rendition of a decision or award in connection with any arbitration or other proceeding.
8. Governing Law/Jurisdiction: The parties consent to the laws, jurisdiction and venue of the Province of Ontario. I agree that notwithstanding any statute of limitation to the contrary that any claim or action I wish to bring against dōTERRA for any act or omission relating to the Contract must be brought within one (1) year from the date of the alleged act or omission giving rise to the claim or cause of action. Failure to bring such action within the permitted time shall act as a bar against all claims against dōTERRA for such act or omission. I waive any and all claims or rights to have any other statute of limitation apply.
9. Electronic Communication: I authorize dōTERRA and its affiliates to communicate with me through electronic mail at the email address provided to dōTERRA. I understand that such email may include offers or solicitations for the sale and purchase of dōTERRA products, sales aids, or services.
10. Survival: Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11 of these terms and conditions, shall survive the termination of the Membership.
11. Data: By creating a Membership with dōTERRA, Member consents to the processing of the personal data contained in Member’s Membership and the transfer of such personal data, together with information about the Member’s purchase activities, to any of dōTERRA’s worldwide subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and to others who are in a sales organization or distribution chain, for the purpose of administering the sales and distribution of dōTERRA’s products and providing reports to its Wellness Advocates of sales activity in their sales organizations. Member understands that this personal data may be transferred to recipients in countries other than the country in which the data originally was collected. Those countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which Member initially provided the data. If you do not want this personal data processed or transferred as described herein, please do not create a Membership with dōTERRA.
12. Amendment: Member agrees that these terms and conditions may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of dōTERRA, and Member agrees that upon 30 days’ notice any such amendment will apply to Member. Notification of amendments will be published in official dōTERRA materials including the Company’s official website. The continuation of purchases of doTERRA products shall constitute Member’s acceptance of any and all dōTERRA amendments to the terms and conditions.

Is there a deadline to upgrade my ticket?
The last day to upgrade to an In-Person Experience ticket is September 17, 2025.
Can I transfer my In Person Experience ticket?
Ticket transfers aren't allowed for any ticket types for Convention 2025. If your plans have changed and you're unable to join us in person, we recommend that you downgrade your ticket to All-Access Virtual or Limited Virtual.
All ticket holders—including in-person attendees—will receive access to convention online. All-Access Virtual and In-Person Experience ticket holders can watch all General Sessions and select TERRAtalks live and on-demand. Limited Access ticket holders can watch the Product Launch Session live and on-demand. Most convention content will be available on-demand for eight weeks after the event.
Most convention content will be available until November 16, 2025, for both All-Access Virtual, Limited Virtual, and In-Person Experience ticket holders.
September 30 is the final day to purchase a virtual ticket and gain access to rewatch Convention 2025.
Will there be a registration kit for All-Access or Limited Access Virtual ticket holders?
Virtual ticket holders will not receive a registration kit. Join us in person to receive the registration gift: a backpack, notebook, and pen.
How many In-Person Experience tickets can I buy?
You can buy one in-person ticket per RainFocus account. A unique email address is required to create a RainFocus account.
If you would like to bring your young child to convention, we are excited to introduce a new Child Policy for Convention 2025. Our purpose is to help and accommodate parents who don’t have other childcare but still want to attend the event in Salt Lake City. Therefore, we are pleased to offer significant discounts for children, especially pre-school and elementary-aged children. Written consent from doTERRA is no longer required to bring your child to Convention. However, either a Child Add-On ticket or In-Person ticket is required for all children coming to convention, the only exception to this is children under 2 that do not require a ticket.
Children ages 0–2 are welcome at Convention 2025 and do not require a ticket. A Mothers Lounge will be available for nursing mothers, and our enhanced Family Lounge will be open throughout the event for attendees with young children.
If you plan to bring your child to Convention, we’re offering a $20 add-on ticket for children ages 3–12 accompanying an adult In-Person Experience ticket holder. This ticket includes a small registration gift with a wristband, small bag, and activities for the week. We’re also enhancing our Family Lounge experience this year to better support families with children. Please note that children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while in the Lounge. All General Sessions and select TERRAtalks will be streamed live into the Family Lounge.

We are excited to announce that we will be making some improvements to our Family Lounge this year for the families with small children that will be joining us. What will be included in the Child Add-On ticket?
Included with the Children Ages 3-12 and 13-17 tickets is a small gift that will be given at registration that includes a wristband for the child, a small bag and activities for the week. It will also include access to our improved Family Lounge. The Children Ages 13-17 ticket also includes the convention notebook and pen.
I have already purchased my In-Person ticket, how can I purchase a Child Add-On ticket?
To purchase a Child Add-On ticket, simply login to your RainFocus Attendee Portal. Once logged in, click on the “Child Add-On” button. You will then be prompted to provide the required information and purchase the ticket.
What will be available in the Mother’s and Family Lounge?
This year we will be elevating the experience in the Mother's Lounge and Family Lounge. As always, we will have lounge and table seating, a diaper changing area, and the General Session or Breakout Session streaming. In the Mother's Lounge, there will be a place for nursing or pumping.
As a change, however, we will be adding in toys, games, and activities to make it more fun and engaging for kids. The kids play area will be especially great for toddlers, preschool, and young children (ages 2-7). However, we'll have some activities geared towards those 7+.
Can I bring my child with me into all of the Convention Zones and Sessions?
If you have purchased the Child Add-On ticket, your child is welcome to come to all Convention Zones and Sessions. We kindly request that if you do bring a child with you, that you respect the atmosphere of learning we’ve worked hard to create for all attendees. What is the cancellation policy for the Child Add-On ticket?

Will the Child Add-On ticket include a badge?
This add-on ticket will not include a badge or backpack. If your child would like to receive a name badge & Registration Kit (Backpack, Notebook & Pen), a full conference pass will need to be purchased.
What if I already bought my child a full price ticket and want the Child Add-On ticket instead? Will there be a fee for cancelling?
There will be no fee for this change. Please email convention@doterra.com for assistance making this change.
The gala will take place on Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in the Ballroom of the Salt Palace. The dress code for those attending is formal attire; the dress code for those being recognized is black tie.
Does the Recognition Gala require a ticket?
Yes. Access to the Recognition Gala requires an additional purchased ticket. This add-on ticket costs $39. The recommended dress code is formal attire.
What is the Recognition Gala?
This formal celebration recognizes those who have newly achieved Diamond+ ranks and celebrates everyone with high-energy entertainment. This year the gala will include a reception-style dining experience with hors d'oeuvres, perfect for mingling and celebrating in style.
Will dinner be included at the Gala?
This event will not have a formal plated dinner, but a variety of hors d’oeuvres and food options will be served at stations.
Will the Recognition Parade be held on Main Stage?
No, the entire Recognition Gala will take place in the Ballroom of the Salt Palace. The ballroom will be filled with energy and celebration, creating a truly memorable experience for every guest.

Diamond and above: Achieve the rank one time between August 2024 and July 2025.

The tour ticket also includes an essential oil gift! This gift will be given out at registration.
If you purchase a campus tour ticket during registration, you'll be prompted to pick your time immediately. The time you choose is your scheduled departure time. If you'd like to change your time after your initial purchase, you can do so on your RainFocus attendee portal.
Arrive at the pickup station at least 15 minutes before your departure time. You’re welcome to return to the event on any bus coming back. The last bus will leave doTERRA campus at 5:00 p.m. MT.

This year there are two different opportunities to Move for a Cause: HIGH Fitness or a Sound Bath. Both morning activities will be held on Saturday, September 20, at 6:30-7:30 a.m. and each cost $15. A portion of your entry fee is donated to the Healing Hands Foundation!
Move for a Cause: HIGH Fitness. Experience a modern twist on aerobics with this hour-long session of HIGH Fitness. This cardio based class caters to all fitness levels to bring you heart pounding fun with upbeat music!
Move for a Cause: Sound Bath. Join us for a soothing start to your day. This immersive experience will awaken your senses and bathe you in rhythmic tunes, vibrations, and sounds as you meditate.
Can I attend both the HIGH Fitness class and Sound Bath?
Since both the HIGH Fitness class and the Sound Bath are scheduled from 6:30–7:30 a.m., it won’t be possible to attend both. We recommend picking the one that best fits your vibe for the morning — either way, it’ll be a great start to your day!
Convention kits will be available for purchase after the first General Session on September 19. Convention kits will be available online and in-person. Those attending convention in-person can buy up to two kits in-person and two online. Virtual attendees can buy up to two kits online. Convention kit purchases are limited by doTERRA account and not by attendee. Each in-person convention kit purchase will include an exclusive 10 mL essential oil blend: Shine.

What: This special event, open to the public, will showcase doTERRA’s newest product launches along with favorites from our existing lineup. Will Open House guests be able to purchase items from the Marketplace?
Yes, a doTERRA ID number is not required to purchase from the Marketplace so guests can purchase any swag items they would like.
During registration, you can let us know about any ADA needs. ADA-designated entrances will be provided. Entrances will open approximately 10 minutes before the doors regularly open for each General Session. ADA seating will be marked and available for you and one guest. You might not receive the same reserved seat for each General Session, so don’t leave belongings at the seats. If you have any questions or concerns about your convention experience, reach out to convention@doterra.com before the event.
Can I rent a mobility device (wheelchair, scooter, walkers, and so on) during the week of convention?

Will there be an Essential Oil Symposium this year?
No. There will not be a separate Essential Oil Symposium this year. Instead, this essential oil and science-focused content will be incorporated into the General Session on Thursday afternoon from 2:00–5:00 p.m.. This session will be included with the In-Person Experience Ticket and All-Access Virtual Ticket.

Why is Convention not taking place in the Delta Center this year?
Please note that this year’s doTERRA Convention — including General Sessions, TERRAtalks, Recognition Gala and all related events — will be held exclusively at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City. The Delta Center is currently undergoing renovations due to the recent acquisition of the NHL team, Utah Hockey Club. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you in the Salt Palace for an incredible Convention experience!

All are welcome to attend doTERRA Convention 2025 | Shine in person. Both in-person and virtual translations will include Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, French, Portuguese, American Sign Language, and English closed captioning.
To expedite entry and reduce screening touchpoints, we recommend bringing very little with you into the convention center.
You’re permitted to bring a small bag or your convention backpack. Every bag will be screened by hand, so the less you bring, the faster the lines into the venue will go.
