Step By Step (Feet):

1. Perform the oil introduction (one foot). Apply 1–2 drops of Wild Orange, spread the oil, then apply and spread 1–2 drops Peppermint.
2. Begin the regional tissue pull.
3. Perform the pinpoint zone activation.
4. Move into the five-zone tissue pull.
5. Repeat steps 1–4 for the other foot.

Step By Step (Back):

1. Without losing contact with the recipient, perform the oil introduction. Apply 1–2 drops of Wild Orange and then 1–2 drops of Peppermint and spread together.
2. Perform the alternating palm slide.
3. Finish with the three clockwise palm circles into the cranial sacral hold.
