How to use Lemon essential oil
- Flavouring - Dilute one drop in 120 mL of liquid for a citrus burst of flavour.
- Inhalation - Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice to create an uplifting environment.
- Cleaning - Add five to ten drops to a 250mL spray bottle of water (and shake vigorously) to clean tables, countertops and other surfaces.

Summer is just around the corner and hot days call for a cold, refreshing treat—like this Strawberry Citrus Slushie made with essential oils. Save it to your favourites as this simple and delicious recipe will be a refreshing reprise from the summer heat.
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients:
- 2 cups soda water
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 drops Lemon essential oil
- 4 drops Lime essential oil
- 3 cups ice
- 3 tablespoons white sugar or ½ teaspoon stevia
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in blender.
- Blend until smooth or at desired consistency.
Note: For a more smoothie like consistency, add 2 cups of frozen strawberries. - Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
