Q: How can I qualify for the free products in the Precious Petals promotion?
A: Here’s how you can earn the free products:

  • Register 2 Wellness Advocates with 100 PV each and get Gardenia Touch.
  • Register 5 Wellness Advocates with 100 PV each and get Jasmine 2.5 mL.
  • Register 10 Wellness Advocates with 100 PV each and get Rose 5 mL.
  • Register 16 Wellness Advocates with 100 PV each and get all three products: Gardenia Touch, Jasmine 2.5 mL, and Rose 5 mL.

Q: Can I keep registering people to earn more products?
A: Yes, there is no limit on this promotion. You can continue to register people to earn additional free Gardenia, Jasmine, Rose, or all three products!

Q: Do I need to place an order to qualify for the free products?
A: Yes! In addition to registering new members with 100 PV, you must also place your own order of 100 PV or more to qualify for the free products. Both requirements (your order and the registration of new members) need to be fulfilled to earn the rewards.

Q: What if I don’t have 100 PV for each member I register? Can I still qualify?
A: No.

Q: When will I receive the products I qualify for?
A: Once you meet the requirements for the promotion, the products will be sent after the promotional month is over.

Q: Is there a specific timeframe for the Precious Petals promotion?
A: Starting January 1st until January 31st all enrollments that qualify with a 100 PV order will count towards this promotion.

Q: How can I track my progress in the Precious Petals promotion?
A: You can track your progress by checking the number of WA/PC you have successfully registered with 100 PV each. If you need assistance or have questions about your registration status, please contact Member Services.

Q: I'm getting an error during the enrollment process, what can I do?
A: If you are experiencing an error during the enrollment process, please contact Member Services, or your Account Manager.

Q: How do I know if my enrollment has been placed and processed?
A: An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on your doTERRA account.

Q: Do reactivations count toward this promotion?
A: No, reactivations will not count toward your three enrollments. All three of the enrollments must be brand new doTERRA members.

Q: What is the difference between this Jasmine 2.5 mL and the Jasmine Absolute/Touch?
A: The difference between Jasmine 2.5 mL and Jasmine Absolute/Touch lies primarily in the extraction process, resulting in differences in aroma, consistency, and use. Here's a breakdown:

Historically, a multi-step extraction method separating the waxes, resins, and volatiles from the delicate petals results in a final product, called an absolute. Q: Can my new enrollee place multiple orders that add up to 100 PV, or does it need to be a single order of 100 PV?
A: The order must be 100 PV in a single order to qualify. Any exceptions must be approved by management and the difference must be made up to equal 100 PV.

Q: What if my new enrollee returns part of their order and it drops them under 100 PV?
A: The new enrollee will need to place an additional order to put their total PV over 100.

Q: What is the difference between price and PV?
A: PV is not the same as the INR amount of the order. PV is how commissions, and different promotions are calculated.

Q: What markets are participating in this promotion?
A: This promotion is available in the India market only. So only India enrollments will count towards this promotion.
