Tips for Performing Aroma Touch Technique at Home:

1.

Find a soft, flat surface the recipient can lay on. It can be an ottoman, a massage table, a bed, or even the floor. Just make sure they are comfortable and that you have access to both sides of the back.

2.

Roll up a towel or blanket to make the face rest. The recipient needs to be face down to perform the technique correctly.

3.

Put a sheet or blanket over the recipient’s legs to keep them warm and comfortable.

4.

Follow along with the DVD or Quick Reference Guide to ensure you are doing the technique correctly. The DVD comes in the AromaTouch Kit and the Quick Reference Guide can be found on our website.

5.

Practice! Although the AromaTouch Technique can take some time to complete, the more times you perform the easier it will be to make those smooth transitions between each step of the technique.
