Diffusing is great to start!
Most people start off with essential oils that are great for calming or for purifying the air. Diffusing these oils in your child’s room is a great way to start them out and see if they are okay with using it.
Try diffusing Lavender about 30 minutes before your child heads to bed. Let your child having a wind down period in the room, perhaps to read a book before he goes to bed.
Diffusing is also great for oils that are used for purifying the air. If your air condition in the kids room are on most of the nights, diffuse Lemon or On Guard to help with the musky smell in the room.
Roll it on
