LEMON
It takes 45 lemons to produce 15mL of lemon oil. Lemon blends well with Spearmint, Ginger, Eucalyptus, Rosemary and Neroli.
- Diffuse to create an uplifting environment
- Place a few drops on a cotton ball and place in the room to help remove the odour
- Use with Peppermint in water for a refreshing mouth rinse
- Dilute with Fractionated Coconut Oil for a daily fingernail massage
- Add a few drops to your laundry before drying to prevent the musky smell
- Use a few drops of lemon essential oil to remove sticker stains
- Battle greasy stoves and pans with a few drops of lemon
- Add a few drops of lemon to your favourite night cream (Avoid direct sunlight or UV rays for up to 12 hours after applying the product.)
LAVENDER
It takes 3 bushels of lavender to produce a bottle of 15mL essential oil. Lavender blends well with Basil, Bergamot, Marjoram, Wild Orange.

PEPPERMINT
It takes 1lb of peppermint to produce 15ml of peppermint oil. Peppermint blends well with Eucalyptus, Frankincense, Grapefruit, Lavender, Lemon and Tea Tree.
- Diffuse for a mid-day wake-me-up
- Apply to a child’s shirt before study time to support alertness
- Rub on temples for a morning energy boost
- Add to a cold water compress or foot bath to cool off when feeling overheated
- Dilute with coconut oil and apply to promote feelings of clear airways and easy breathing
- Dilute with coconut oil and apply to sore muscles
