Description

Copaiba essential oil is derived from the resin of the copaiba tree, which can grow to more than 100 feet and is found in tropical South America. Copaiba oil is widely used in cosmetic products including soaps, creams, lotions, and perfumes. Similar to Black Pepper essential oil, Copaiba oil has a soothing, earthy aroma when used for perfuming. Because of the beta-caryophyllene in Copiaba it can be clensing when applied to the skin and may promote a clear, smooth complexion.

Uses

  • Apply topically with a carrier oil or a facial moisturizer to help keep skin clean and clear, and to help reduce the appearance of blemishes.
  • Mix with carrier oil and rub onto stressed skin for restorative benefits.
  • Can be combined with a carrier oil or facial moisturiser to help support healthy-looking skin.

Directions for Use

Topical Use: Dilute 1-2 drops with a carrier oil, then apply to desired area.
