認識【丁香酚】

近期探究丁香酚多種效益有逐漸增多的趨勢。
分析丁香酚的結構時,會稱其為苯丙烷類(phenylpropanoid)的一種,因為丁香酚含有至少一個具有其他官能基的苯環。
丁香酚是許多化妝品以及食品的成分。此外也是許多食物和飲品的香料,以此增添丁香辛嗆的氣味。(1)
丁香酚已證實具有許多提升健康的功效。
實驗性的研究認為丁香酚應可維護健康以及防護力。(2-4)許多研究發現丁香酚具強效的清潔功能。(1,4,5)
可於牙膏中加入丁香酚加強清潔效果。除此之外,丁香酚還具有舒緩功效。(6) 稀釋塗抹於牙齦或漱口,舒緩偶發的不適。
結論
丁香酚雖不像檸烯或芳樟醇如此普遍,但研究表示丁香酚其實具備相當全面的健康功效。從促進健康和防護功能再到舒緩與清潔的特性,丁香酚能解決各式各樣的需求。
