TIPS FOR MAINTAINING A HEALTHY BODY WEIGHT

GET THE MOST SATIATION OUT OF THE CALORIES YOU CONSUME

How? By making smart food and beverage choices. Go for more fruits and vegetables, quality protein sources (like fish, chicken, low-fat dairy, and beans), and drink water.
