Uses

• Begin your day by putting Balance oil on the bottoms of your feet.
• Apply Balance oil to your neck and wrists for a peaceful aroma during the day.
• Combine Balance oil with Epsom salts in a warm bath.
• Diffuse Balance oil when meditating or practicing yoga.

Directions for Use

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
