Ginger Essential Oil

Ginger Oil

Sourced in Madagascar, doTERRA Ginger essential oil is derived from the fresh rhizome of the ginger plant—the subterranean stalk of a plant that shoots out of the root system.

A star ingredient in many Asian dishes, Ginger is best known as a kitchen spice. In Western culinary tradition, Ginger is most often used in herbal teas and sweets such as gingerbread and ginger snaps. Ginger essential oil has a hot, fragrant flavour that enhances the taste of fresh ginger in recipes and adds a warm, sweet note to home-brewed teas. Ginger oil also produces a comforting, soothing aroma when diffused, and can be a warming addition to a personal massage experience.
