New Member Stamp Promotion FAQ

Q1. What is the dōTERRA Hong Kong New Member Stamp Card Program ?
A1. The dōTERRA Hong Kong New Member Stamp Card Program is a points-based rewards program that allows eligible participants to earn stamps by purchasing qualifying PV and redeem rewards.

Q2. How do I become a member?
A2. To become a member, customers must set up a dōTERRA Hong Kong WA or WC account. For more details, please visit our official website doTERRA Hong Kong Official Website | doTERRA Essential Oils.

Q3.  Who are the qualifying members for this program?
A3. The Program is open to new members, members reactivating their accounts.

Q4. How do I earn stamps?
A4. Members receive 1 stamp for every calendar month they purchase at least 50 PV of OTG/NFR products. If they purchase 50 PV consecutively for the 2nd and 3rd months, they will earn double stamps (2 stamps).

Q5. How many stamps can I earn?
A5. A here are a total of 6 stamps in this program. The 6th stamp is earned when a member purchases 125 PV.

Q6. What happens if I decide to enroll in the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) after earning my stamps?  
A6.  a member decides to enroll in the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) after earning the 2nd to 5th stamps, they will be entitled to the leapfrog LRP percentage to 15%. If they enroll in LRP after earning the 6th stamp, they will be entitled to the leapfrog LRP percentage of 30%.

Q7. What happens if I fail to purchase 50 PV consecutively for the 2nd and 3rd months?
A7. If members fail to purchase 50 PV consecutively for the 2nd and 3rd months, they will only receive 1 stamp for each of those months, even if they make up the 50 PV purchase later.

Q8. How do I redeem my rewards if I purchase online?
A8. The corresponding stamps must be validated in person at the dōTERRA office within 3 months of earning them, overdue validations will not be honored.

Q9.  What happens if I lose my stamp card?
A9. Members are responsible for keeping their Rewards Card safe. If a member loses their stamp card, dōTERRA Hong Kong will not issue a replacement card or restore the corresponding stamps. The member will not be able to receive the associated rewards.

Q10. Can the program rules and rewards be changed?
A10. Yes, dōTERRA Hong Kong reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program, as well as change the program rules, earn rates, reward types, and redemption options at any time without prior notice.

Q11. Is there any cash value or transferability for the stamps?
A11. No, the stamps have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Q12. If I joined the LRP before the start of the New Member Stamp Card Program, can I still be participated in the program?
A12. Thank you for your interest in this program. Participation is only available from the effective date of the New Member Stamp Card Program. Unfortunately, we cannot extend this program to those who joined prior to its launch.
