1. What is a BOGO? 

Buy One, Get One. Every so often, we offer a BOGO deal: if you buy a designated product, we give you another oil or related product for free. This is our way of helping you get more of the essential oil products you love!

Whether you’re wanting to expand your essential oil collection, building a dōTERRA business, or you just love getting free oils, BOGO deals are here for you. A few times every year, dōTERRA surprises customers and Wellness Advocates with these Buy One, Get One deals that you won’t be able to resist.

3. Promotion Period

BOGO runs from 19 November 15:00 - 22 November 14:59 HK time. The limit per account varies. Please see individual promotion announcements for details.

5. Purchasing a BOGO

5.1 EVO Order US NFR BOGO (LRP) (For HK/Macau Members Only) 

• Once the BOGO deal is available, sign in to doTERRA.com.hk back office and click “U.S. Products” tab.
• Click on “Edit Order” if you have already set the LRP template. Go to the “Item Search” bar and key in the specific BOGO or purchase item SKU. After entering the Quantity, click “Add to Cart”. (If you have not yet set up the LRP template, please click “Create a New LRP Template”.)
• Once you’ve finished shopping, click “Review Cart”, the free item will be automatically shown on the order.
• After reviewing the delivery and payment information, please click “Process Order Now” to confirm. Please be reminded to provide the delivery contact person and address in English, and a HK phone number.
• If you wish to earn LRP points, then your order must reach at least 50PV.
• Due to high sales volume during the BOGO event, please click “Order History” 15 – 30 minutes later to confirm if the order is processed successfully.
• After the order is completed, you can delete the LRP Template.

5.2 EVO Order US NFR BOGO (Standard Order) (For HK/Macau Members Only) 

• Once the BOGO deal is available, sign in to doTERRA.com.hk back office and click “U.S. Products” tab.
• Go to the “Item Search” bar and key in the specific BOGO or purchase item SKU. After entering the Quantity, click “Add to Cart”. 
• Once you’ve finished shopping, click “Review Cart”, the free item will be automatically shown on the order.
• After reviewing the delivery and payment information, please click “Process Order Now” to confirm. Please be reminded to provide the delivery contact person and address in English, and a HK phone number.
• Due to high sales volume during the BOGO event, please click “Order History” 15 – 30 minutes later to confirm if the order is processed successfully.
  

5.3 Email Order (GAC & other region members)

• Please send your NFR BOGO Order to hknfrbogo@doterra.com
• Maximum 10 accounts per email
• Delivery contact person and address in MUST be in English, and a HK phone number

6. NFR BOGO Reminders:

• The limit of each BOGO deal may vary, please refer to the official announcement.
• It can be counted as LRP or Standard Order.
• You will not receive the free products if you purchase beyond the purchase limit.
• Please be sure to send in all BOGO requests via Email during the promotion period time. Your request will not be processed if the request is sent outside the promotion hours. The order of emails will be determined by our company server’s received data. Email sent out successfully doesn’t mean that the order can be processed, and while stocks last. Please do not resend email.
• Please click here refer to the delivery fee from US to HK.
• Due to the high number of orders during the BOGO Event, the change of delivery address service will not be available during the event. 
• Once the BOGO order is confirmed, no refund nor exchange of items will be allowed, and no PV for free items.
• We accept Visa/ Master/ AE/ JCB/ AR only.
• During the BOGO event, if there is any situation that does not meet the incentives, the company has the right to recover the relevant gifts or equivalent amounts.
• dōTERRA Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in case for any disputes.
