What is the Shipping Rewards Program?

The Shipping Rewards Program (SRP) is a way for Wholesale Customers (WC) and Wellness Advocates (WA) in Europe to automatically earn points that they can use toward free product.

How are Shipping Rewards Points (SRP) earned?

Points are earned when a WC or WA places an order. The amount of points earned are based on the shipping method, the type of order placed and how it was placed. There are three different ways to earn the points:

  1. By placing a standard order online
  2. By placing a Loyalty Rewards (LRP) or enrolment order through Member Services
  3. By placing an online LRP or enrolment order.

Online LRP or Online Enrollment Order 100% of SRP Points
Online Standard Order 50% of SRP Points
LRP order through Member Services 50% SRP Points
Standard Orders through Member Services 0% SRP Points

 

For standard shipping (Royal Mail) you can earn up to 4 SRP, and for Premium shipping you can earn up to 5 SRP.
