Incentive Trip - Terms & Conditions
- This incentive program is exclusively available to Wellness Advocates based in India.
- Incentives earned through this program are non-transferable and cannot be assigned or given to another individual or entity.
- Incentives earned cannot be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent.
- Wellness Advocates are responsible for arranging their own travel documentation, including but not limited to passports, visas, and any other required travel permits.
- Points will be awarded based on the categories and criteria as outlined. All decisions regarding point allocation are final.
- Personal Rank Points:
- Personal Rank Points are awarded monthly based on the paid rank achieved during the qualification period.
- Rank advancements don’t have to be achieved in consecutive months. For example, if you advance to Premier for the first time in July but don’t hit Premier again until September, you’ll receive the second month points for hitting Premier in September.
- Your starting rank will be the highest paid rank you’ve achieved at least once from January 2024 to June 2024.
- Personal Enrollment Points:
- Points are awarded for personal enrollments of 100 PV or more and their subsequent loyalty orders in the second and third months. The enroller also needs to have a minimum of 100 PV.
- These points must be earned in a consecutive three-month period. However, if the second month is skipped, you can still earn points in the third month. For example, if you enroll someone in May or June 2024, with 100 PV, and they place a 100 PV loyalty order after July 1, 2024, you'll earn points for the second and third qualifying loyalty orders after July 1, 2024.
- If you enroll someone in May or Jun 2024, with 100 PV, and they place a 100 PV loyalty order after 1st July 2024, you'll earn points for the second and third qualifying loyalty orders after July 1, 2024.
- Points will be awarded to the enroller who holds the enrollership of the account when commissions are calculated.
- Team Points from Leader Rank Advancements:
- Points are awarded when personally enrolled leaders in India advance in rank and maintain that rank during the qualification period.
- Points will be awarded to whoever holds enrollership of the account when commissions are calculated. Team rank advancements do not need to occur in consecutive months.
- Similar to personal rank advancement points, their starting rank will be the highest paid rank they've achieved at least once from January 2024 to June 2024.
- Rewards are based on the total points earned and specific thresholds as outlined in the incentive program details. A minimum of 40 Points outside of Enrollment Points are required in the Total Qualifying Points.
- Points and ranks are subject to audits.
- Volume for rank must be unique. Ranks based on stacked volume won’t add points. In other words, if you stack multiple personally enrolled members in such a way that one member’s volume increase triggers multiple rank advancements, then points will only be awarded to the enroller for the rank advancement—where the actual volume increase occurred.
- If you advance through one or more ranks in fewer than three months, all three months of points for each rank advancement will be awarded when your highest rank is achieved three times. This principle also applies to personally enrolled leaders’ rank advancements.
- At least 90% of your total qualifying volume for your personal enrollee’s rank achievement and bonuses must be in India. That volume calculation will be at the Executive and Elite level.
- dōTERRA India reserves the right to modify or amend any terms and conditions without any prior notice.
Contest winners are determined by dōTERRA (Company) in its sole and absolute judgment and discretion, based upon contest rules, guidelines, and qualifications. Participants have no legal recourse or claim against the Company for the exercise of said judgments and results of its determinations. The Company may elect, in its sole judgment and discretion, to disqualify any participant whom the Company deems to have violated or manipulated contest rules or whom the Company deems to have exceeded the bounds of fair and honest play. Such grounds and reasons may include but are not limited to product purchases which may result in excessive product returns, a participant “buying” his or her way to qualification by purchasing products in the names of others, and the submission to the Company of any false, inaccurate, or misleading documentation or information. Winners are responsible for any additional fees, costs, or purchases made or assessed in connection with the awarded trip. Winners are responsible for the payment of any fees, taxes, and other assessments applicable to their awards and hold the Company harmless from any claims to pay such fees, taxes, or assessments.
