Priority Hotel Booking

New this year, Diamond+ ranks will get priority access to hotel booking!

Blue Diamond + priority access will be available for ONE DAY ONLY – Monday, March 25th from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm MDT.

Diamond priority access will be available for TWO DAYS ONLY – March 27-28!  The housing website will open on March 27th at 10:00 am MDT and will close on March 28th at 11:00 pm MDT.

The above ranks will receive an email on their specified registration day to begin their booking process.

Here are some key points to help with your reservation process:

1. Book online! The website is faster and reflects the most accurate inventory.
2. If you see the “Waiting Room” screen, don’t panic! This feature has been added to help steady the flow of traffic into the website and maximize website speed when you are able to make your selection. Do not refresh your screen or hit the back button.
3. On opening day, do not book Saturday and Sunday rooms unless you are certain you need them. There are fewer rooms on these nights, so there is a chance you could be wait-listed if you select Saturday or Sunday arrival. You can always contact Orchid.Events at a later date to add these nights when your plans are firm.  
4. In order to quickly book your room choose to have only 1 Guest per room when prompted under “MAKE A RESERVATION” on Screen 1, you can add guests to your reservation at a later date.

Hotel Booking Policy

doTERRA has negotiated a limited number of discounted hotel rates attendees. Hotel rooms fill quickly and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, attendees are only allowed to reserve 1 room under their name. Any additional rooms booked under the same name will be canceled immediately and without warning.

doTERRA’s participating hotels will strictly enforce the follow occupancy requirements:

Rooms with one bed: Maximum of 2 guests

Rooms with two beds: Maximum of 4 guests
(If room includes a sofa sleeper, a maximum of 1 additional guest will be allowed)

doTERRA attendees are expected to honor doTERRA policies.  Room stuffing beyond the occupancy restrictions above is strictly prohibited by doTERRA and participating hotels.  It violates fire codes, puts undue burden on hotel staff and significantly impacts our relationships with our participating hotels.  Should you be caught with unauthorized individuals staying in your room you will be liable for additional fees imposed by the hotel.  

When booking your hotel accommodations, you must provide a valid credit card number to guarantee payment. Your hotel will charge a non-refundable deposit on or after June 4th.  Please refer to your hotel’s individual policies found on your reservation acknowledgment letter. If your credit card declines the deposit, the hotel has the right to cancel your entire reservation.  

If you do not arrive on your scheduled arrival date, your hotel will cancel your entire reservation.  

Cancellation Policy

Please refer to your hotel’s individual cancelation policy found on your reservation acknowledgment as the cancel policy below may differ by hotel. 

• Reservations cancelled between the initial time of reservation and May 31, 2019 will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received between June 1, 2019 and August 19, 2019 will be charged one night's room and tax.  Cancellations received on or after August 20, 2019 will be charge a non-refundable deposit of two night's room and tax. 

The credit card information on file at the time the reservation is cancelled will be billed the applicable cancellation fees. No exceptions or refunds will be granted.
