The OTO car park near the Concert Hall offers a variety of pricing options depending on the length of stay. Address below:

Alternatively, the M2 Building of the venue holds 230 car spaces at a starting rate of €4 per event, however, please note charges may be higher for events taking place over multiple days, and closing hours may apply.

Bus

The venue is a short walk from the “25th Martiou” bus stop, which can be reached on buses 01X, 3Κ, 5, and 6. Bus number 30 also stops nearby.

Taxi

Taxis are readily available in front of the entrance of the Concert Hall venue.

Plane

From the venue, Thessaloniki Airport is a 15-20 minutes car/taxi ride, or 45-minute journey on the number 01X bus.

How To Register

Follow signs to the registration area in the foyer of the M1 Building.

  • At the registration desks, scan your QR code from your Eventbrite confirmation email (on smartphone or printed).
  • Your badge, lanyard, any qualifying ribbons and your free gifts will be given to you.

Diamonds and above have a separate priority check-in area. Please follow relevant signage.

At registration, you will receive a free event bag, branded notebook, pen, and a very special surprise product!
Free gifts included with adult tickets only.

Wheelchair Access

If you require wheelchair access, please make yourself known to one of our team and we will happily guide you to the entrance and seating.

General Assistance

For any assistance with any queries, please come to the registration desks.

 

Ribbons and Recognition

Each attendee will receive ribbons when they register, depending on what they have accomplished in 2023/2024. Ribbons can be attached to the bottom of your event badge connected to your lanyard.

Top Enroller

You stand among the top 200 enrollers across Europe from August 2023 – July 2024.

Founders Club

You qualified to be a Founder within Europe in 2023.

Legacy Trip Winner

You qualified to attend the Legacy Trip Distillery Experience or Production Experience from July 2023 – June 2024, or the Headquarters Experience from January 2023 - June 2024.

10+ Years with doTERRA

You have been with doTERRA for 10 years or more up until July 2024.

5+ Years with doTERRA

You have been with doTERRA between 5-9 years up until July 2024.

New Rank Achieved

You achieved a rank of Silver or above from August 2023 – July 2024.

Rank Ribbons

You've reached a rank of Silver or above, based on your highest rank ever achieved.

Diamond Club Graduate

You graduated from Diamond Club in either Autumn 2023 or Spring 2024.

Diamond Club Sponsor

You sponsored a participant in Diamond Club during Autumn 2023 or Spring 2024. If you sponsored multiple members, you'll receive one ribbon.

Diamond Club Trip Winner

You qualified for a Diamond Club trip in 2024.

Diamond Club Winner

You were a winner of Diamond Club in either Autumn 2023 or Spring 2024.

 

Seating

Seating is not allocated and is first come, first served for attendees, except Leaders ranked Diamond and above.

Diamonds+ Reserved Seating: Reserved seating will be arranged in several rows of each session for Diamond and above ticket holders. To be eligible for reserved seating, you must have reached the minimum rank of Diamond at least once from August 2023 – July 2024.

Order before the event!

Ahead of the event, attendees can buy exclusive merchandise through a Click and Collect website for a limited time only. Please see below when you can place your Click and Collect order.

The Click & Collect website will also remain live and accessible for orders during the event, however please note items are subject to availability while supplies last, and some products may sell out before the event. Therefore, we advise placing your order as soon as the website is available to you.

When to Order:

Please see below the specific order time slots. The specified groups will receive an email with their website link when available.

  • Diamonds+ Click and Collect (Attendees ranked Diamond or above): 26 September (09:00 BST/10:00 CEST/11:00 EEST) until 27 September (21:59 BST/22:59 CEST/23:59 EEST)
  • General Click and Collect (All attendees): 30 September (09:00 BST/10:00 CEST/11:00 EEST) until 5 October (11:00 BST/12:00 CEST/13:00 EEST)

Merchandise items are subject to availability, while supplies last.

How To Order:

  1. Log in to the Click and Collect website (when shared via email) with your doTERRA ID and password.
  2. Add items to your cart and enter payment information or use a previously saved card.
  3. A confirmation barcode will appear once your order is processed.
  4. You can access the barcode again by logging back into the website and viewing your orders.

    Merchandise Click and Collect is only available to registered attendees. All orders must be collected at the event and cannot be shipped.

How To Collect:

At the event

  1. Log into the Click and Collect website with your doTERRA ID and password.
  2. Locate your barcode under 'View Receipts'.
  3. Display your barcode to a staff member at the Click and Collect desk.

Reclaim tranquillity, balance and vitality... Presidential Diamond Vanessa Jean lives in Australia and has built a strong global network since starting her doTERRA journey. As a Clinical Aromatherapist, international essential oil teacher and co-author of 'Gifts of the Essential Oils', Vanessa Jean shares her knowledge and passion in every aspect of life. At this morning meditation session, Vanessa Jean and Europe Blue Diamond Emily Mascarenhas will bring their love for spreading joy, connection and wellness education to give you the best soothing start to Leadership 2024.

What To Bring:

You will need to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Please bring a water bottle, and something comfortable to sit on such as a mat, towel or cushion.

This session is planned to take place outside (weather dependent), therefore please pack any other necessary essentials.

 

White Party Celebration Evening

Thessaloniki Concert Hall/Piaza
4 October 2024 | 19:00–23:00

Channel your inner Greek god or goddess and wear your lightest and whitest dresses, suits, shirts, skirts, and accessories. In the evening, indulge in a standing buffet with a variety of hot, cold, sweet and savoury food and refreshments catered to a range of dietary requirements. To end the day with a true celebration, we want to see you on the dancefloor moving to the rhythm with our live DJ and entertainment!

Soft drinks and mineral water will be available throughout the celebration. Alcoholic beverages or other refreshments can be purchased at attendees discretion on level 2 of the M2 building.

 

Translation Services

Leadership 2024 presentations will be conducted in English. Interpretations will be available in French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian.

How to Borrow Headsets

Translation headsets are provided on Level 2 of the foyer in the M1 building (Main Concert Hall).

  1. Scan the QR code at the translation desk
  2. Enter your doTERRA email and ID
  3. Select your preferred language when available.

You will follow the same QR code and login process when returning your headset.

IMPORTANT: Headsets MUST be returned each day to be recharged. Users are subject to a fee if headsets are not returned after each day or after the event.

 

Food & Drink

Leadership 2024

During the event, you can buy a variety of sandwiches, snacks and beverages from three nearby kiosks. Two kiosks are in the M1 building where general sessions take place, and an additional kiosk is located in the M2 building near the expō and Click and Collect area. Please note all food and refreshments must be bought at your own cost.

White Party Celebration Evening

A standing buffet, soft drinks and mineral water will be provided during the White Party Celebration Evening. Please refer to the White Party Celebration Evening information for more details.

Additional foods, snacks, meals or drinks outside of the specified event provisions must be purchased separately by the attendee.
