This year's event is full of blossoming excitement and opportunity... be sure to read through our key event information for everything you need to know to make the most of your experience!

Once received during Registration, attendees must wear their event lanyard and badge at all times.

Travel

Airports to Central Turin

The centre of Turin can be reached from multiple nearby airports easily and in as little as 30 minutes, with flexible options for car, bus and metro. Click here for the best airport travel advice from the Arriva transport service.

Car

Getting to our venue from the city centre takes 15–20 minutes. Lingotto Parking is the largest car park in Turin and is the best option for visitors to Lingotto Fiere and the Oval, with over 3300 parking spaces. Please check local parking charges. This car park is located on the north side of the venue, and there will be open gates for pedestrian access available from the north side to the Oval.

Taxi

For taxis, we suggest Taxi Torino or Wetaxi. Ride-share companies such as Bolt and Uber are not common in Turin.

Train & Metro

The nearest metro and train stations to the Oval are Torino Lingotto Rail Station and Italia 61 Regione Piemonte, with ticket prices starting as low as €1. From central Turin, we suggest taking the metro from the Porta Susa metro station to Torino Lingotto station, a journey that takes as little as 6 minutes. To reach the venue from local airports, you may need to take a bus journey to reach Porta Susa first.

Trenitalia also operates a train from Caselle Torinese, to Porta Susa hourly. Tickets cost £1 - £4 and the journey takes 30 min.

The best advice on travel routes and fares comes from the Gruppo Torinese Trasporti (GTT) service.

Bus

The Lingotto Fiere is 20 minutes away from Porta Nuova station using bus lines 1, 18 and 35, and 30 minutes from Porta Susa using bus line 1. The Gruppo Torinese Trasporti (GTT) service offers easy and regular travel by tram, bus and metro across Turin throughout the day and can best advise your route.

Please note that metro is our recommended form of transport to Lingotto Fiere.

  • All attendees are advised to register on Wednesday 22 May or Thursday 23 May. Registration availability is exceptionally limited on Friday 24 May, and is unavailable on Saturday 25 May.
  • Registration queues will be outside and we expect long lines, especially on Thursday 23 May. Please bring sun cream, water, an umbrella, and other essentials.
  • Diamonds and above have a separate registration area and entrance to the event. Please see the 'Diamonds+ Convention Benefits' section for more details.
  • Tickets purchased on or after 28 April 2024 can register as normal, but any ribbons must be collected from the help desk.

How to Register

  1. Scan your Eventbrite QR code (on a device or printed) at the screens in the check-in kiosks from your Eventbrite confirmation email. You can also search by first or last name.
    All QR codes must be scanned. If you bought separate tickets for Convention, Empowerment Day or the dōTERRA Healing Hands™ Activity Pass, all separate codes must be scanned for separate badges.
  2. Badges will be automatically printed and you can receive your free Convention gifts*.

Diamonds and above MUST register in the Diamonds+ registration area, located near main registration. Refer to the above Venue Map, and follow the signs.

*Attendees receive a free event backpack, doTERRA-branded notebook and pen (Convention adult tickets only). Free gifts not included in Empowerment Day tickets.

Empowerment Day Tickets

  • If you purchased a 'Convention + Empowerment Day' ticket, you should receive your badge/s, lanyard and free Convention gifts when you register for Empowerment Day. You do not need to register again for Convention, and cannot collect gifts more than once.
  • If you purchased separate Empowerment Day and Convention tickets and did not scan your Convention ticket when registering for Empowerment Day, you need to register using your Convention ticket using the steps outlined above.

Registration Terms

If you require wheelchair access, please make yourself known to one of our team and we will be happy to guide you to the entrance and dedicated seating area.

  • The free Convention gifts are not included with standalone Empowerment Day tickets. You must be attending Convention to receive the free gifts.
  • Purchased your Convention ticket on or after 28 April? Register as usual in the registration area, but any ribbons must be collected from the help desk. You will be directed here if required.

Attendees must wear their event badge at all times!

Wheelchair Access

If you require wheelchair access, please make yourself known to one of our team or visit the help desk near the registration area and we will be happy to guide you to the entrance and dedicated seating area.

When the Click and Collect website opens, our team will also be able to help you with access to the elevator to reach the Click and Collect collection points on the upper floor.

Once the Click and Collect website is announced open from stage at the event, you will be able to access the site and process your order online to pick it up later from designated collection points. Please see the 'Click and Collect Website' section for more details.

Convention Kit

Our Convention Kit includes a range of exclusive products available for the first time in Europe! We'll confirm on stage when you can access the Click and Collect website to secure your kit. Remember, attending the event in person in Turin is the only way to benefit from fantastic discounts for the newest products in Europe!

Earn Loyalty Points! You will earn Loyalty Points on your Convention Kit purchase if you have a qualifying Loyalty Order (LRP) of 50 PV or more in May. Your points will be added via the normal process when commission reports are run in June. Please note the Convention Kit cannot be placed on LRP.

Payment

Click and Collect payments will be processed online via card. You can enter new card information, or use a payment card currently saved on your doTERRA account. Please note payment verification steps may apply. Paying by card is the only payment method available.

How To Order

PLEASE NOTE: Only attendees who provided their ID when they registered can use the Click and Collect website.

  1. Scan the QR code on the flyer in your free Convention backpack or from the screen in general session. You can also access the site using the link above, or here:
  2. Log in to the website using your dōTERRA ID and password.
  3. Add the items to your cart and enter payment information. You can use previously saved cards.
  4. Review your order and proceed to checkout.
  5. A confirmation barcode will appear once your order is processed.

Click and Collect Help Desk

If you have trouble processing your Click and Collect order, there are designated help desks with card readers between both Click & Collect collection points, where we can assist with any order queries.

How to Collect

Simply display your order confirmation barcode to a doTERRA team member at your correct collection point on the upper floor of the Convention venue.

You can access the barcode again by logging back into the website and clicking 'View Receipts'.

You must collect your order by 15:30 on Saturday 25 May. Uncollected kits will be cancelled and refunded.

Click and Collect orders must be collected on-site. Products cannot be shipped to your home address.

Translation Language Interpretation

To access all live available language interpretations, attendees are required to use their own phone/devices and headphones and download the LiveVoice app. Headsets are not available at the venue.

  • The main Convention event will be hosted in English. Language interpretation will be available in the following languages: Bulgarian, Dutch, Estonian, French, German, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Spanish.
  • Make sure your devices and headphones are fully charged, and check any data roaming charges before you travel so you can access language interpretation services.
  • To access live interpretation, download the ‘LiveVoice’ app and enter code 208 855.

Product Showcase Language Interpretation

Workshops or sessions taking place on the TerraTalks stage in the Product Showcase will also be available with the same language interpretation. Please note these are silent talks, meaning personal headphones are required for all languages including English.

The same LiveVoice app and code are required to access language interpretation in the TerraTalks area.

Light Show with wePix

We need your help to light up the room! Controlled via an app from our attendees, this light show will create a beautiful shimmering effect across the arena room that will glimmer in your heart forever.

What You Need To Do

Download the wePix app ahead of the event, and wait for instructions from the stage on when you can start glowing!

Ribbons and Recognition

Convention ticket holders receive ribbons depending on the individual’s accomplishments in 2023/2024. This could include Diamond Club, Founders Club, Legacy Trip and more. Ribbons can be attached to the bottom of your event badge connected to your lanyard.

If you purchased your Convention ticket on or after 28 April, you will need to collect your ribbons from the help desk in the registration area.

Qualification Criteria:

Top Enroller - You stand among the top 200 enrollers across Europe from April 2023 to March 2024.

Founders Club – You qualified as a Founder within Europe in 2023.

Legacy Trip Winner – You qualified to attend a Legacy Trip from January 2023 – December 2023.

10+ Years with doTERRA – You have been with doTERRA for 10 years or more up until March 2024.

5+ Years with doTERRA– You have been with doTERRA between 5–9 years up until March 2024.

New Rank Achieved – You achieved a new rank of Silver or above from April 2023 – March 2024.

Rank Ribbons – You have reached a rank of Silver or above, based on the highest rank ever achieved.

Diamond Club Graduate – You graduated from Diamond Club in either Spring or Autumn 2023.

Diamond Club Sponsor – You sponsored a participant in Diamond Club during Spring or Autumn 2023. If you sponsored multiple members, you will receive one ribbon.

Diamond Club Trip Winner – You qualified for a Diamond Club trip in 2023.

Diamond Club Winner – You were a winner of Diamond Club in either Spring or Autumn 2023.

  • Silver and above rank advancers in Europe who advanced prior to April 2023 can pick up their trophies from the Recognition Collection Point. Trophies can be collected for any Silver and above ranks achieved in the past. Collection is only available for those with a European account who have not previously received or collected their trophy.
  • New Silver and above rank advancers in Europe from April 2023 – April 2024 will be awarded trophies during the onstage recognition at the Celebration Evening and will therefore not need to collect these from the Recognition Collection Point.

Diamond Club Collection Point

Graduates and Sponsors from Diamond Club Spring and Autumn 2023 can collect a free t-shirt from the Diamond Club Collection Point. Sizes will start at XS and will go up to XXL. If you have graduated or sponsored someone more than once, only one t-shirt can be collected.

dōTERRA Healing Hands™ Activities

doTERRA Healing Hands Activity Pass holders only

Attendees who bought a doTERRA Healing Hands Activity Pass can access two wonderful activities at Convention. Plus, ticket proceeds go towards funding dōTERRA Healing Hands™ initiatives! One pass grants access to both activities.

Please Note: You must have scanned your Activity Pass QR code from your Eventbrite confirmation at registration to receive the correct badge/s and access the activities.

Zumba

Thursday 23 May | 17:30–18:30

This exercise is a lively combination of cardio movements and dance. Feel upbeat and motivated, and share happiness with those around you! Move to the left, move to the right, get your energy levels to a peak and soak up the fun of this energising and enlivening class.

Tai Chi

Saturday 25 May | 08:00–08:30

This activity, known as Primal Warrior Energy Flow, will seamlessly blend essential oils with meditation and gentle movements. In the true spirit of dōTERRA Healing Hands, we'll evoke restorative energy and extend it to the world around us. Feel deeply relaxed, energised, and ready to embrace the day with heightened focus and vitality.

Both activities are outdoors, so please bring fitness clothes for all weather, water, comfortable footwear and sun cream.

Passes must have been bought in advance as participation is limited and are unavailable to purchase at the event. One pass allows access to two individual activities. Passes sold separately to Convention general admission tickets. doTERRA Healing Hands Activities are not included with Convention tickets.

Diamonds+ Convention Benefits

Diamond lanyards must be worn at all times to access Diamond+ privileges.

There are some exclusive privileges available at the arena for Diamonds and above who have reached a minimum rank of Diamond at least once from April 2023 – April 2024.

  • Reserved general sessions seating. Once qualified, you will sit at your highest rank ever achieved. Each account qualifies for two reserved seats. The second seat may be taken by a guest of your choosing. Children are also permitted in the reserved seating area, as long as a relevant event ticket has been purchased for them.
  • Diamonds+ Registration area. Diamond Leaders and above must use this designated Diamonds+ registration area!
  • Diamonds+ Entrance. An exclusive entrance to the venue. Please follow the signs at the South Entrance of the venue.
  • Specific Diamonds+ Click & Collect collection point, near the Merchandise Click and Collect area. Please refer to the Venue Map.
  • Citrus Lounge (Blue Diamonds and above, and Convention speakers only).

Citrus Lounge

Open to Blue Diamonds and above, and Convention speakers only

The Citrus Lounge is an exclusive private space for our top Leaders to relax. To qualify to use the lounge, you must be a Blue Diamond or above who reached Diamond at least once from April 2023 – April 2024.

The lounge is on the upper floor of the Oval venue and is available on the Venue Map. If you require wheelchair access, please let a member of the team know and we can guide you to the elevator.

Refreshments

Light refreshments will be available in the Citrus Lounge during open hours, including tea, coffee and water.

Additional Information

  • There will be no allocated seating at Convention, aside from a dedicated area for Diamonds+ and those who require wheelchair access.
  • Please note that the General Session hall will be cleaned after sessions, so please take all your belongings with you during breaks and at the end of each day.
  • If you require wheelchair access, please make yourself known to one of our team and we will be able to assist you with access to seating.

Luggage and Stroller Storage

A dedicated storage area for luggage and strollers/pushchairs is available in the arena near the registration area, please refer to the Venue Map for the location. We recommend bringing as minimal luggage into the venue as possible. Please note all luggage and belongings are the responsibility of the owner.

Internet Access

Wi-Fi is not available in the arena, therefore attendees will need to use their own data roaming at the venue.

Please note you may need to activate data roaming to download your Eventbrite registration ticket, access language interpretation services, use the Click and Collect website, and take part in the wePix light show. Please check roaming charges that may apply.

Family Lounge

There is a dedicated family lounge available at the event with toys, a private nursing space and a livestream feed* so you don't miss a thing. You should also still be able to access live language interpretation in the room.

Food and Drink

Various snacks, refreshments and beverages will be available to buy from surrounding kiosks, stands and food trucks, including a food station in the Product Showcase. For breakfast, you can find light snacks, pastries, tea and coffee, followed by salads, pizza, sandwiches and more throughout the afternoon.

Lingotto Shopping Mall is also nearby with numerous cafés, restaurants and outlets.

Diamonds+ Reserved Seating

Diamond lanyards must be worn at all times to access Diamond+ privileges.

Diamonds and above will have reserved seating based on reaching Diamond at least once from April 2023 – April 2024. Once qualified, you will sit at your highest rank ever achieved. Seat covers will indicate specified ranks.

Example: If your maximum rank is Diamond but you have only reached the rank of Gold in the qualification period, then you will not qualify for the reserved seating area.

Translation - Language Interpretations

To access the available live language interpretations, attendees are required to use their own phone/devices and headphones and download the LiveVoice app. Headsets are not available at the venue. Please ensure your device is fully charged, or bring a portable charger.

Introducing the Celebration Evening! This new format replaces our traditional Gala event, but will be the largest recognition ceremony in doTERRA Europe's history! With over 1,200 members walking on stage, we promise a wonderful night of celebration and entertainment for all Convention ticket holders.*

Clap your hands, cheer on our dedicated Leaders and truly celebrate together!

*You must have purchased a Convention ticket to enter the Celebration Evening. Standalone Empowerment Day tickets do not include access to the Celebration Evening.

Once received during Registration, attendees must wear their event lanyard and badge at all times.

Seating

There will be no allocated seating at the Celebration Evening, aside from a dedicated area for Diamonds+ and those who require wheelchair access. For general seating outside of the Diamonds+ area, please stay in your seats for recognition, but feel free to wave, cheer and enjoy!

Diamonds+ Reserved Seating

Diamond lanyards must be worn at all times to access Diamond+ privileges.

Diamonds+ will have a floor area at the Celebration Evening to celebrate close to the stage. To access this area, you must have reached a minimum rank of Diamond at least once from April 2023 – April 2024.

Language Interpretation

There will be no language interpretation at the Celebration Evening; the evening is dedicated to celebrating each other and dancing the night away!

Refreshments

There will be plenty of celebratory drinks, refreshments and snacks available from nearby kiosks and food trucks in the venue at the Celebration Evening, to cater for a variety of tastes and preferences. Please note no food or beverages are included with your ticket and must be purchased separately.
