What is the Recognition department?

Recognition is a department at doTERRA that is responsible for recognizing Wellness Advocates for their achievements.

When do I start to receive certificates and pins?

Wellness Advocates start to receive certificates once they achieve the rank of Director and start receiving pins with those certificates at the rank of Elite. In addition, Wellness Advocates receive a charm bracelet when they reach the rank of Silver and a charm for each rank above Silver.

How long does it take for me to receive my certificate and pin when I advance a rank?

Certificates and pins usually arrive 4–6 weeks after commissions are finalized and paid.

What is the Recognition department’s role in Event Recognition?

The Recognition department keeps track of rank qualification for events such as incentive trips, Leadership Retreats, and Convention. If you ever have any questions or concerns about your rank for an event please contact recognition@doterra.com.

What are the qualifications to attend the Leadership Retreat(s) in February 2016?

To qualify for the Leadership Retreat, a Wellness Advocate must achieve the rank of Silver or above at least one time between July 1, 2015, and January 31, 2015.

What are the qualifications to be recognized in the Recognition section of the Essential Leadership Magazine?

The qualifications to be recognized in Essential Leadership Magazine are to achieve Gold rank or above twice within a rolling 6-month qualification period. For example, the qualification period for the March 2016 Edition is July 1, 2015–December 31, 2016, so a Wellness Advocate would need to achieve Gold rank or above twice during that time to be recognized in the March issue of the magazine.

What are the qualifications to be able to have an article in the Essential Leadership Magazine?

Wellness Advocates will have an article published for them in the Essential Leadership Magazine once they have achieved the rank of Diamond three times in a year.

What are the qualifications to be featured on the cover of the Essential Leadership Magazine?

To be featured on the cover of the Essential Leadership Magazine a member must achieve the rank of Presidential Diamond three times in a year.

How long does it take to receive a response from Recognition if I contact them?

What if I have not received a Recognition item that should have been sent to me?
