When you are building a doTERRA® business, samples are necessary for introducing essential oils to every potential Wellness Advocate. Just as you would test-drive a car before buying it, essential oils must be tried and tested before people will see the value in them and be willing to learn more. In the past, it would take a lot of extra time to create your own samples, drop by drop. To help our Wellness Advocates, doTERRA has created sample packs so you can have more time to go out and share the oils with others.
Included in either trio are some of our most popular oils. There are two different packs available: the Singles Trio with .5 mL vials of Peppermint, Melaleuca, and Lavender; and the Blend Trio with .5 mL vials of doTERRA Breathe®, doTERRA On Guard®, and DigestZen®. Both trios come attached to a beautiful card, explaining some of the uses for each oil, as well as the ways people can use essential oils in general. (10 cards are included in both kits.) This will help the people you share with remember why they would want to use each oil and how to use them, increasing their chances of actually opening the sample and giving them a try.
Some ideas on how to use the sample packs:
1. Give them to potential attendees a few days before a class and tell them to try the suggested uses. This not only prepares them in advance for what you will be talking about, but they will be able to share their experiences in the class for others to hear.
2. Choose which pack to share according to the needs of that person. If someone mentions they have a specific need, this part is easy. If not, direct them to the usages included with the card and see what appeals to them the most.
3. Instead of focusing on one oil, people will have other options to try at the same time with the Trio packs. This helps show them the diverse options available with essential oils.
4. Use the oils included in the samples packs in public places and carry some of the sample packs with you to give to curious people.
5. Diffuse the oils included in the samples packs when you have family or friends over at your house that have not yet heard about essential oils.
