Identifying Leaders


As Wellness Advocates trying to build a solid, flourishing business, identifying the type of customers we are enroling can be challenging. Is your new enrolee a Wholesale Customer or a Wellness Advocate? Are they a Live, Share or Builder? 

Identifying your new enrolees’ reason for bringing doTERRA into their lives can help you structure your team to your advantage, and ensure you get the most from every member of your team, and they get the most from you. 
 
So, you might now be wondering what are these different types of members, and how do I identify them? Here is a summary of the categories a doTERRA Wellness Advocate/ Wholesale Customer could fall into:
 
Live
 
Those who fall into the Live category are those members who want to take a proactive role in their wellbeing by using pure essential oils in their home. They want to earn free products through the Loyalty Rewards Program, and make the most of promotions, but are not focused on the business side of doTERRA.
 
Share
 
Sharers are those who want to help others improve their lifestyle by sharing essential oils with their family and friends. Sharers might host classes and be rewarded for sharing the oils.
 
Build
 
Business Builders are those with the goal of supplementing or replacing their income through building a doTERRA business. Builders host classes, share the oils, and build their team from the ground up. 
 
Once you have identified which category your new enrolee falls into, you know whether to enrol them as Wholesale Customer or a Wellness Advocate and how to best meet their needs.
