Ingredients
Filling
5 cups apple, sliced
¼ cup sugar
1 pinch nutmeg
½ teaspoon cinnamon
6 drops Lemon essential oil
¼ cup flour
Crust
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 ⅓ cup butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vinegar
6–7 tablespoons of cold water
Instructions
Tip: Brush the top of the crust with egg whites and sprinkle on some raw sugar for a rustic look.
