  1. Agreement: These are the terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) of the dōTERRA Australia and New Zealand Competition (“Competition”) sponsored by dōTERRA Australia and New Zealand (“Sponsor”), whose Instagram handle is @doterraaunz. By participating in this Competition the participant signifies that the participant has read and agrees to be legally bound by these T&Cs.
  2. EVENTS AIR NOT INVOLVED: This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, EVENTSAIR (“Ticketing Platform”). The ticketing platform is hereby released of all liability by each entrant in this competition. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the competition must be directed to the Sponsor and not the ticketing platform.
  3. Eligibility: The Competition is open only to current dōTERRA Wellness Advocates with a valid dōTERRA Member ID residing in Australia or New Zealand, who have purchased a ticket to Leadership Retreat 2025, except employees of the Sponsor (“Eligible Entrant”).
  4. Competition Dates: This Competition begins 6th December 2024 at 10AM AEDT (12PM NZDT) and ends 31st January 2025 at 10AM AEDT (12PM NZDT) (“Competition Period”).
  5. How to Enter: To enter, an Eligible Entrant must, during the Competition Period, purchase a ticket to Leadership Retreat 2025 (“Entry”).
  6. Multiple Entries: An Eligible Entrant may only submit one entry regardless of how many tickets purchased during the competition period.
  7. Selection Process: On approximately 3rd February 2025 the Sponsor will select, in its sole and absolute discretion, 1 potential winner from the Eligible Entrants based on the following criteria: purchased a ticket to Leadership Retreat 2025 at any point while ticket sales have been open. The Entry the Sponsor selects as the winner, picked at random, will be the potential winner of the Prize. The decision by the Sponsor is final.
  8. Notification Process: The Sponsor will contact the potential winners via email. A potential winner must respond—including, if requested by the Sponsor, providing the potential winner’s name, address, email address, phone number, Member ID and preferred bank details —within one week or the potential winner’s prize will be forfeited. Once a potential winner responds and provides the information requested by the Sponsor, the potential winner becomes confirmed. The Sponsor may post the confirmed winners’ names and Instagram usernames on the Sponsor’s Instagram profile.
  9. Prizes: A total of One (1) prize will be awarded to One (1) Winner:
    • One (1) Prize (total value up to $2500 AUD / $2747 NZD) comprising:
      • The cost of:
        • Flights to Brisbane to attend Leadership Retreat 2025 for Two (2) people
        • Accommodation in Brisbane CBD – nearby the BCEC for Two (2) people
  10. Prize Limits and Conditions:
    • The Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash.
    • The Prize will be awarded to the winner once the receipts of flights and accommodation have been provided to the events team at eventsaunz@doterra.com. Once the receipts have been provided, the events team will ask for your details as per the notification process, in order to refund the amount up to $2500 AUD / $2747 NZD.
    • The Prize does not include spending money; meals; transportation or any other activities or expenses other than those identified as part of the Grand Prize.
    • The Prize Winner is responsible for any necessary medical, hospital, dental, and repatriation expenses, as well as any additional accommodation, flights, meals, and travelling expenses incurred in the event the Grand Prize winner is required to return home early or stay longer due to medical or other necessity.
    • In the event that global and/or local travel restrictions prevent the Prize winner from travelling to Brisbane on the dates booked by the winner, The Sponsor may forfeit the prize.
  11. Verification: All Entries and Eligible Entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility in a form acceptable to the Sponsor—including, without limitation, government issued photo identification.
  12. Entry Limits and Conditions:
    • By participating in the Competition, the participant/s affirm and agree that:
      • A ticket has been purchased to Leadership Retreat 2025
      • They hold a valid Wellness advocate ID
      • All details are original to the participant and the participant has included all legal personal details and no details are false.
    • The Sponsor may disqualify or remove any entry that, in its sole and absolute discretion, violates these T&Cs.
  13. General Conditions:
    • This Competition is void where prohibited.
    • To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor shall not be liable for any entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.
    • To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential cost, expense, loss, or damage suffered by a participant in relation to this Competition or any prize even if such cost, expense, loss, or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the Sponsor and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.
    • To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor’s liability under or in connection with this Competition or these T&Cs shall be limited to the value of the prize in question.
  14. Privacy Policy: By participating in this Competition, each participant consents to the Sponsor, its agents, and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted for the purpose of administering this Competition in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy (available at: https://www.doterra.com/AU/en_AU/privacy-policy).
