Do we need to get a new signed agreement from WA's and WC's?

• No, the system will automatically be transferred from OTG to local account.

Foreign accounts (WA) and GAC account  can be transferred to Thai account?

• No, cannot transferable since the transfer process requires a 13-digit ID card number, other documents cannot be substituted. Due to legal restrictions within Thailand, we are unable to migrate member accounts of non-Thai citizens. 

Can I still purchase product from U.S. and what is the process to make a purchase from U.S.?

• Yes, by contact directly at U.S customer service (Thai speaking agents) at  email: thailandGAC@doterra.com

The product I bought from other market is under satisfaction guarantee in Thailand and can make exchange or return at Thailand office or not?

• No, Thailand will only provide satisfaction guarantee for products purchased within Thailand, international products must be claimed and returned to original country. (customer needs to responsible for all expenses).
