Promotion Rule
- Flash Sale for March 2025 period is Mar 26th - 29th, 2024 : change promotion everyday
- Each Flash Sale runs from 10:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. and can purchase this promotion with no quantity limit
- Orders must be processed now. Pls make sure you reviewed and edited your LRP template after your Flash Sale order is processed, as the Flash Sale products will be back to normal price without free items after the promotion period ended.
- Points cannot be used to purchase Flash Sale.
Purchasing a Flash Sale
- Add the “buy one” product to your order. Flash Sale can process on one-time, loyalty, enrollment, and Will Call.
*Do not add the free item. It will appear in the cart automatically once the “buy one” item is added. - Click “Proceed to Checkout” to review your order.
- Select “Process Now.”
*The order must process on the day of the promotion. Do not save the Flash Sale to process at a later date.

- Will Flash Sale promotion last all week long?

- Can I enroll with this Flash Sale?
For this Flash Sale can purchase when Enroll to doTERRA but we will not waive your enrollment Fee 1,120 baht.
- Can I save a Flash Sale promotion to process with a scheduled loyalty order?
No. Flash Sale do not save to Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) templates. If you save the Flash Sale to your scheduled loyalty order to process at a later date, the free item will not be included in that order. Your loyalty order must process on the day of the Flash Sale to receive the free item.
- Can I use points to buy Flash Sale?
No. Points cannot be used for Flash Sale promotions.
- How do I know if my order has been placed and processed correctly?
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on your doTERRA account.
- I missed the Flash Sale promotion. Can I get an exception?
No. These special offers are available for the specified time period and limited amounts only.
- What if it’s sold out?

However, our customer service agents will review and process your orders within the day of Flash Sale only , no execption for back date order. all processed BOGO orders must be shipped within Thailand only.
- Do the Flash Sale qualify to earn Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP)?
Normal rules apply. To receive LRP points, loyalty orders must be 50+ PV. Free items do not contribute to PV. Orders qualify for LRP points based on normal qualifications.
- My credit card is being declined. What should I do?
Make sure the security code (found on the back of your card) and postal code have been entered correctly. If you continue to have problems processing your order, please immediately contact Customer Service by call 02 180 5111.
