Passionate about what makes people optimally healthy and what predisposes them to illness, I am on a mission to facilitate the health of the individual, but also to uplift the health of the collective. Bridging between seemingly disparate worlds, mind, medicine, self healing., holistic medicine and spirituality, I am passionate about empowering people and communities. We can't simply treat our bodies, as we are not only physical beings, but we are also souls. How do we fully heal without healing of the body, mind and soul? I guide my clients to bring all aspects to their "HEALING ROUND TABLE". By seeing life as Holy, I hold the vision for the wholeness of others until they remember. ​Helping and fixing can diminish people and wound the very people we seek to help. Only service heals. When you help you see life as weak. When you fix you see life as broken. When you serve you see life as whole. Those who serve have traded a sense of mastery for an experience of ministry. Functional Medicine is rapidly expanding as the model for 21st century healthcare that both prevents and reverses chronic disease by treating root causes of illness with diet and lifestyle change. The increasing recognition of the value of health coaches working alongside medical professionals to create a culture of wellness by empowering individuals to take charge of their health is incredible and the way of the future. My belief is that we just need to get back to the basics and to not be afraid of "fitting out". My prayer is that I can bring about lasting behavioral change for more people in less time and with a greater impact than the current model.
