Hi, my name is Judy Rushing - For more than 20 years I owned a very successful CPA firm/Tax practice and in my mid-40's realized I wasn't living my passion. I wanted to make a difference, help people and reduce my stress. So I decided to change careers - I'm now a graduate of the Institute For Integrative Nutrition and a certified Holistic Health Coach and have had my practice for over 7 years. As a mom of 3 teens and a health entrepreneur, I have always been interested in caring for my family thru good nutrition and natural health alternatives when possible and I love to empower others to take back control of their health.
