In less than 4 weeks, I was gradually reducing my intake, with great results. I was ecstatic that I could support my health and wellness with essential oils! I continued to research and personally use essential oils aromatically, topically and internally. Now I am sharing essential oils with those who are open to the possibilities of natural wellness!
