Q1. Will BOGOs last all week long?
A1. BOGOs will happen on November 18-21 Monday through Thursday. The daily BOGO deal will be announced at 6:00pm every evening from November 17 (Sunday) & start at 9:00am next morning. The BOGO limit is five sets per account per day.
Q2. How can I order BOGO?
A2. The BOGO is available for online ordering ONLY. Email or order by other means WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. HK/Macau members can place their orders via EVO and overseas members can place orders through respective platforms. For details please visit our official website BOGO page.
Q3. How many BOGOs can I buy?
A3. The BOGO limit is 5 sets per account per day. The gift will not be included for the exceeded daily order quantity.

Q4. Can I order BOGO if I am not a member?
A4. Sure, you can first enroll as doTERRA member in your region. After receiving the membership number and log-in information, you can log in to the related platform and enjoy this BOGO promotion.

A5. Please make sure you have registered as doTERRA member. There are different platforms for different markets:
Q6. I am not a HK/Macau member, Can I join this BOGO promotion?
A6. Sure, please go to our BOGO page in HK website and you can find the links to the related platforms.
Q7. I was registered as HK/Macau member however I am living in Macau, which platform should I use to place order?
A7. If you are registered as HK/Macau WA/WC, please use HK EVO to place order. Please note the delivery address MUST BE Hong Kong or Macau address.
ABOUT ORDERING
Q8. How to pay?
A8. HK/Macau members can pay by Visa/ Master/ AE/ JCB or AR. Mainland China member please pay by Visa/ Master/ Union Pay. Overseas members please pay by Visa/ Master/ AE or JCB.
Q9. Can I order the BOGO items together with other products?
A9. For HK/Macau members, you can place BOGO items with other products in EVO. For Mainland China and overseas members, since the platforms are for BOGO promotion exclusively, other products cannot be ordered from there.
Q10. Can I place the BOGO order as LRP order?
A10. BOGO order is valid for LRP and standard order. It can be treated as LRP order if is not the first month order and with LRP setting.
Q11. Can I get the redemption points from the BOGO orders?
A11. If the order is not the enrollment month order and with LRP setting, it can be treated as LRP order. When the order with 50PV or above, redemption points will be deposited into your account after 16th in next month. Please note that the free items in BOGO promotion do not contain any PV.
Q12. Can I save the BOGO Item to the LRP Template?
A12. Sorry, since BOGO is LTO items will no longer valid after the campaign and the SKUs are designated for this promotion, the LRP cannot be saved or it will affect your loyalty order progress in next month.
Q13. Can I use points to buy BOGOs?
A13. Sorry, points cannot be used for BOGO promotions, but the BOGO order can earn redemption points if it set as an LRP order.
Q14. How do I know if my order has been placed and processed correctly?
A14. After the order process, system will generate an order number automatically and can be checked from the order record. Meanwhile, after the transaction is made, the credit card issuer normally will send a SMS to the card holders.
Q15. I missed the BOGO. Can I get an exception?
A15. Sorry, these special offers are available for the specified time period only.
ABOUT DELIVERY
Q16. Can I choose self pickup of the BOGO order?
A16. Self-pick-up option is AVALIABLE for HK and Macau Members only. Overseas members can enjoy the special group pickup option allowing members to group their BOGO orders together and pickup at dōTERRA experience Centre during the designated period. All unpick orders will then be delivered to the default address after the period. Please visit Group Pickup Section for details.
Q17. Can I group the BOGO order with other orders?
A17. Due to the campaign involves massive manpower arrangement, we are sorry that we cannot arrange group delivery with the other orders.
Q18. Can I group the BOGO order with other accounts?
A18. Sorry. Every group delivery can be arranged for one account only.
Q19. Can I change the delivery address?
Q20. I forgot to choose "group delivery" when I place the BOGO order, can I change?
A20. Delivery arrangement cannot be changed once the payment is made. Therefore, please carefully check your choice of delivery every time.
GROUP PICKUP
Q21. Can I group pickup for different members?
A21. Group Pickup can only be grouped under same WA ID. Each order for Group Pickup will be charged at HK$10/order.
Q22. When can I pickup the orders?
A.22. HK and Macau Members can pickup their bogo orders at dōTERRA experience Centre within 21 days after orders are placed. Overseas members has to pickup their BOGO Group Pickup Orders within designated period (December 9 14:00 - December 14 18:00). All unpick Group Pickup orders will be delivered to default address after mid March without further notice.
Q23: I can change my orders to Group Pickup after choosing Group Delivery?
A23: No change in delivery/pickup option upon completion of order. Please double check your delivery option everytime you place the BOGO orders.
Q24: What kind of information I need to present for Group Pickup?
A24: Please prepare the below information for Group Pickup: 1. Group Order ID (GP#); 2. GAC member ID# & Name 3. Date of Birth.
