Terms & Conditions

1. The dōTERRA Hong Kong New Member Stamp Promotion (the “Promotion") is a points-based rewards program offered by doTERRA Hong Kong Limited ("dōTERRA HK"), promotion effective date 1 Oct 2024. 
2. The promotion allows eligible participants to earn stamps by making qualifying purchases, which can be redeemed for rewards.
3. The rewards promotion is eligible for new members and members reactivating their accounts.
4. To become a Member, customers must create a dōTERRA WA or WC HK account. 
5. Members will receive 1 stamp for purchasing at least 50 PV of HKOTG/HKNFR products each calendar month. If they purchase 50 PV consecutively in the 2nd and 3rd months, they can earn double stamps (2 stamps).
6. If members fail to purchase 50 PV consecutively for the 2nd and 3rd months, they will only receive 1 stamp for each of those months, even if they make up the 50 PV purchase later.
7. The double stamp offer only applies to purchases made in consecutive months.
8. There are a total of 6 stamps available in this promotion. The 6th and final stamp is awarded when the member purchases 125 PV.
9. Stamps will be awarded after the qualifying purchase. For single order only. Combined orders do not qualify. 
10. Members who earn the 3rd, 5th, 6th stamps will receive rewards. 
11. If a member decides to enroll in the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) after earning the 2nd to 5th stamps, they will be entitled to the leapfrog LRP percentage to 15%. If they enroll in LRP after earning the 6th stamp, they will be entitled to the leapfrog LRP percentage of 30%.
12. Leapfrog LRP % starts in the month the stamps are issued and will not be backdated.
13. The corresponding stamps must be validated in person at the dōTERRA experience center within 3 months of earning them, overdue validations will not be honored.
14. The redemption value and options for rewards will be determined by dōTERRA HK and may be modified at any time. 
15. Members are responsible for keeping their stamp card safe, if a member loses their stamp card, dōTERRA HK will not issue another stamp card or retore the corresponding stamps. dōTERRA HK will not be able to provide the corresponding rewards.
16. For any product return or refund, doTERRA Hong Kong reserves the right to claw back the rewards.
17. dōTERRA HK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. 
18. dōTERRA HK reserves the right to change the Program rules, earn rates, reward types, and redemption options at any time.
19. dōTERRA HK is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged stamps or rewards.
20. Stamp card have no cash value and are non-transferable. 
21. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
22. In any case of disputes. doTERRA Hong Kong decision will be final.
