dōTERRA Israel BOGO Sale Information and Rules

How to Order:
  1. Find the BOGO offers on mydoterra.com by searching 'BOGO', clicking on the BOGO banner or selecting the BOGO category from the top of the navigation menu.
  2. Add your preferred BOGO pairings or the BOGO Bundle by clicking 'Add to Cart'.
  3. Hover over the cart icon and click on 'View your cart'. 
Adding BOGO Items From Within Your Loyalty Order:
You can  add the BOGO offers directly from your Loyalty Order using the following steps.
  1. To view your LRP, please access your Loyalty Order from Scheduled Loyalty Orders. Click on Edit Order
  2. To add BOGO items to your Loyalty Order, select the BOGO category from the top of the navigation menu or add the product name in the Quick Add to Cart tab.
  3. From here, you can search BOGO offers by using the search box, or explore the offers by clicking 'Browse'.
  4. Once you have added your desired items to your Loyalty Order, click on 'CONTINUE' to proceed.
Remember, if you are adding BOGO items to your Loyalty Order, you must process the order immediately to ensure that you receive the BOGO offers. 

BOGO FAQs

Q: What does BOGO mean?
A: BOGO is an acronym for Buy-One-Get-One free. BOGO offers allow you to purchase two oils for the price of one.
 
Q: How do I find out what the dōTERRA Israel (OTG)  BOGOs are? 
A: Before each promotional period begins, the BOGO offers will be announced via email and our official dōTERRA Israel Social Media Channels. Once the promotion is active, all offers will be available to purchase throughout the promotional period while supplies last. Like us on Facebook to see the offers on your Facebook feed.
 
Q: How long do the dōTERRA Israel (OTG) BOGOs last?
A: BOGO offers will run from 24 March 2025. All offers will end at 23:59 ISR on 28 March 2025 or while supplies last. If you choose to participate, your order must be placed and processed within the period of the BOGO offer. This means BOGO offers cannot be saved on an existing Loyalty Order (LRP template). They can, however, be processed as a Loyalty Order if the order is processed immediately.
 
Q: How do I purchase the BOGO Bundle?
A: To purchase the BOGO Bundle, make sure you select ‘BOGO Bundle’ to add to your shopping cart. When you select the BOGO Bundle, you will also receive a free dōTERRA Sun - Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30! Do not select offers individually if you wish to receive the free dōTERRA Sun - Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30.
 
Q: Can I enrol someone with the BOGO offers?
A: Yes! By using the enrolment process on mydoterra.com, all you need to do is search for the BOGO offers when creating the enrolment order. Add as many pairings as you like or add the BOGO Bundle, and join dōTERRA with a fantastic range of offers. 

Remember, if the enrolment order reaches 150 PV or more, the initial membership fee is waived as part of Israel's FREE Membership Promotion! Enrollers can also use the Link Generator tool to speed up the process.

Q: Can I combine BOGOs to save on shipping?
A: Yes! At any time during the promotional period, you can combine multiple BOGO offers in one order to save on shipping. You can also select the BOGO Bundle to automatically add all the offers to your shopping cart in one single order, complete with a free dōTERRA Sun - Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30!

Q: How do I know if my order has been placed and processed?
A: An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on your dōTERRA account.

Q: Do orders with BOGOs qualify to earn Loyalty Points?
A: Yes, Loyalty Points are earned following the regular rules and guidelines. Loyalty Orders (LRP orders) with 50 PV or more will receive Loyalty Points based on a member’s current percentage. Loyalty Points are based on the PV of the item you are purchasing (not the item you are receiving for free). For example, if the promotion was “BUY Lemon (15 ml), GET TerraShield (15 ml)", you would receive Loyalty Points from the PV of the Lemon (15 ml).

LRP orders processed with less than 50 PV will not earn Loyalty Points. 

Payments for BOGOs

What payment methods are accepted for BOGO offers?
You can pay for BOGO offers using Credit Card.
 
Can I pay for BOGOs with Deffered Payment?
No, since BOGO offers are limited-time offers only, the deferred payment method cannot be used. Please ensure that you pay for the BOGO order with a credit card. Orders placed using the deferred payment method will be canceled, and you will not be able to receive the BOGO offers at a later time.
 
Can I pay for a BOGO item with reward points?
No, BOGO offers cannot be purchased with points. However, points can be used in the same order where BOGO products are included, for items that are not part of the current BOGO promotion.
 
Can I purchase a BOGO item through email?
No, email orders will not be accepted. If you wish to purchase any of the BOGO offers, please process your order online or by calling Member Services.
