Wellness Advocates identify and work with potential builders to help them increase their customer base. Simple, effective duplication models are followed to create the habits that have proven successful.

Enhancements to Diamond Club
dōTERRA Europe Diamond Club: Points & Prizes
Diamond Club points will allow you to win prizes. The more points you have, the more chances you have of winning amazing prizes! There are three different ways you can win points.
Enrolments
Each time a participant enrols someone who has attended a Diamond Club class, the participant receives points. These points are awarded as indicated in the chart below.

Purpose of Diamond Club
LRP Orders from New Members
In addition, participants can earn 3 points if the qualifying enrolee places an LRP order of 100 PV or more in the following month, plus another 3 points if that enrolee places another 100 PV Loyalty Order (LRP) in the month after that.
The enrolee will receive 25 product points (redeemable for doTERRA products) for each Loyalty Order (LRP) of 100 PV or more they place in those two months. This also applies outside of Diamond Club Season Dates as long as the orders directly follow the month of the enrolment. Orders must be placed in consecutive months.
You will not earn points from members who enrol and place Loyalty Order (LRP)who are not in your team; however enrolees will receive product points.
Rank Advancements
Participants will receive 50 points for each rank advancement they achieve (Silver - Diamond) during the course of Diamond Club.
Diamond Club Exclusive Sourcing Trip
The 40 DACH participants and 40 Europe-other participants with the most cumulative points at the end of Diamond Club will qualify for a doTERRA Sourcing Trip in 2026. Winners will have the opportunity to visit doTERRA’s partner growers and distillers and to see first-hand how our oils are grown, harvested, and distilled. This rare opportunity to see some of doTERRA’s supply chain will also give Wellness Advocates insight into how their efforts to share essential oils are not only benefiting those who use them in their homes, but also benefit the farmers and workers producing these oils. Our winners will have their hotels, on-site transportation, and food paid for on the trip. Airfare is not included. The top ten participants will also be able to bring a guest (paid for by doTERRA under the same terms as participants).
You can participate as many times as you like in the Program. However, you are only entitled to the Diamond Club trip incentive twice.
Once a qualifier has been invited to attend a Diamond Club Sourcing Trip, they can only defer once to the next available trip within the same qualification criteria. This is a one-time only policy, the qualifier cannot defer again. Deferrals must be made during the registration period. Deferral requests received after the registration period may be declined.
dōTERRA Europe Diamond Club: Sponsor Guidelines and Information
A Sponsor is a Wellness Advocate who partners with doTERRA to help participants be successful in Diamond Club and contribute financially to the monthly bonus. Each participant can have up to three Sponsors, but at least one is needed to participate. In addition to financial contribution, the Sponsor also recognises his or her role in helping a participant throughout the program. Sponsors play an essential role in the leadership duplication cycle. They take responsibility for teaching leadership skills, developing action plans, and guiding the participant to be successful. This support may include scheduled accountability calls, support with class preparations, class follow-up, attending classes when possible, helping with scheduling, and any other necessary support to ensure the participant’s success in the program.
Benefits of Sponsoring
Wellness Advocates who sponsor Leaders in Diamond Club partner with doTERRA to help develop Leaders on the Sponsor’s team and encourage enrolments and rank advancement. Sponsors see increased Fast-Start when team members participate, as well as long-term growth in Unilevel commissions.
Diamond Club participants who Sponsor team members in the Diamond Club round immediately following the round in which they personally participated, will be eligible to receive 50 product points for every participant (from their team) that they sponsor. They will also receive an additional 200 product points for every participant on their team who graduates. There will be up to 1,000 product points.
Qualifications to Sponsor
Any Wellness Advocate who is willing to help financially support, train, and mentor a downline participants is eligible to be a sponsor. All sponsors must formally accept the sponsorship agreement in order to be a sponsor. Sponsors must be in the participant's upline.
Financial Contribution
Each month, participants who meet the full requirements will receive the corresponding monthly bonus, depending on the bonus level they qualify for:

doTERRA will cover 50% of this cost and sponsor will cover the remaining. For example, if a participant has only one sponsor, the sponsor will provide the full €150 / £127.5 in April, which will be deducted from their next primary bonus. If the participant has three sponsors, each of the sponsors will provide €50 / £42.5 in April. The same principle applies for March and May.

Suppose a class is held on the last day of the month, but enrolment is done 5 business days after the class, making the enrolment the following month. During which month will enrolment be accounted for?
The enrolment counts for the month in which the class was held. However, if you would like the enrolment to count for the following month (the month in which the enrolment was made), please reach out to the Diamond Club team on the day you choose to enrol the enrolee so this request can be reviewed. Late requests for this may not be accepted.
No. You will risk your membership in Diamond Club and will be disqualified. You are the only person allowed to enrol through your portal as you are the one who has agreed to the terms and conditions of the program.
It depends on the Diamond Club level you are participating in:
- Level 1: No. You can hold your classes wherever you like; it can be online and it can also be a one-to-one class. However, please note that proof is required to confirm that the class actually took place and that the member attended. This can include screenshots, zoom links, attendance lists, chat logs, or other forms of verifiable documentation depending on the format of the class.
- Level 2: Yes. You are required to hold a minimum of 2 in-person classes within your area and at least 2 in-person classes outside your area (at least 60 km from your local area). Proof can be any evidence confirming that the event took place outside your area. Documentation should clearly link the event’s date with its location.
As for qualification, participation, and maintenance, the same enrolment cannot count for two Diamond Club participants simultaneously. Please coordinate with your team member.
Does the new enrolee need to have an LRP (Loyalty Rewards Program) set up at the time of the enrolment? How do they get product points awarded?
No, the new enrolee doesn’t need to set up his LRP at enrolment. If the new enrolee wants to get the 25 product points, they can set their LRP up at any time within the month of enrolment and the following month

No, Europe Diamond Club is a Europe and Israel-wide project and does not include other countries outside of Europe or Israel. While we are happy that you are enrolling on other continents, please note that those enrolments will not count for your qualification, nor will the enrolee qualify for Diamond Club promotions. These enrolments must also not be made using the Diamond Club enrolment portal. Please note Russia or South Africa enrolments also do not qualify.
Yes, your sponsor can be anyone in your direct sponsor upline in any market.
Yes, your enrolee will benefit from the enrolment promotion and from the Diamond Club free product(s).
You can participate as many times as you like. However, you are only entitled to the Diamond Club trip incentive twice.
You may participate under the following conditions: 1) You must meet all qualification criteria *Including not reaching the rank of Diamond during the 3 qualification months of DC; 2) You will not participate in the prizes and will not qualify for the trip; 3) Your points will not be shown in the rankings;
The highest rank I achieved at doTERRA is Premier or above. Do I have to maintain Premier or above during Diamond Club season to proceed?
No. However, you must meet the full monthly requirements to proceed to the next month and potentially graduate.
There are three ways to process a Diamond Club Enrolment.
- Using the Link Generator tool: This will allow you to quickly set up a link you can share with those that attended your class. This link can be sent to multiple attendees at once.

- Shop.doterra enrolment experience: If you need to do an out of team enrolment, or you are processing the enrolment with the class attendee present.
- Israel Enrolments: Israel enrolments must use the link below.

- For the Link Generator tool and shop.doterra enrolment: during the first step of enrolment and creating a link you will need to input your ID number in the order summary to ensure the enrolment counts as a Diamond Club enrolment.
- Israel enrolments can only be processed using the Diamond Club enrolment portal.

The enrolments can take up to 72 hours to reflect on your participant website after payment has been made. If the enrolment is still not reflecting correctly after 72 hours, please contact the Diamond Club team. Please note enrolments made by bank transfer may take longer to appear whilst payment is processed; up to 5 business days.
There are multiple reasons why an enrolment may show a different status. Below are a few reasons.
- There was an error with the initial enrolment order and a second one was created.
In this scenario where two orders have been placed since the initial order failed, please contact Diamond Club directly so that we can ensure the system recognises the correct order as your enrolment order.
- An enrolment order was placed, but did not go through the correct steps. Please reference answer to the question “How do I process a Diamond Club enrolment” for more details.
- Payment for an enrolment order has not been received (could be a bank transfer delay).
- An enrolment was made using a different email address from the email address used to log in for the class.
In any of the cases above, please contact the Diamond Club team as soon as possible so that the team can review and support you where possible. When emailing Diamond Club, it is important to include the full name and member ID number of the enrolee of interest.
Please refer to the possible reasons below.
- If a Europe enrolment, the Diamond Club participant ID was not applied to the order summary.
- If an Israel enrolment, the enrolee was not enrolled through the Diamond Club enrolment portal.
- The enrolee’s order did not reach the minimum requirement of a single 100PV or more enrolment order.

In my class attendee list, I included the email address of each person. Can I add them to a different class with the same email address?
If you add an individual to two of your classes and then choose to enrol them, the system counts the first class you added them to as their enrolment month. However, if the enrolment period is over 5 business days, it does not count as a Diamond Club enrolment.

I have qualified for a Diamond Club Sourcing Trip but can't attend, can I defer my place to the next available trip?
Members who defer an upcoming trip will be added to a waiting list. They will then be notified of trip dates simultaneously with new qualifiers. Once registration for new qualifiers closes, any remaining trip spaces will be offered to those who deferred from a previous trip on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that when a member chooses to defer, dōTERRA cannot guarantee when they will be accommodated on a sourcing trip.
I've completed the enrolments requirement, but due to placements actions (gifting, transfers, swaps etc), I am no longer the enroller of the enrollees that would qualify me. Do I still qualify?
No, those enrolments will no longer count towards your progress as you are no longer the enroller. In order for the enrolments to qualify you, these have to be kept for at least the bonus months while Diamond Club is running.
Yes, you must actively engage with attendees in the classes that you host or co-host throughout the duration of Diamond Club. This will allow you to build a personal connection with new members and follow up on enrolments.
How can I make an enrolment count for both Diamond Club and Premier Club, and ensure the new member receives the promotional Diamond Club oil/s?
After co-hosting a class with a Premier Club participant, you must generate an enrolment link with the Premier Club participant as the enroller for the new member.
The guest rule for the Diamond Club Sourcing trip is the same as all other trips. The guest/buy-in must be an immediate family member (spouse/life-partner, parent, sibling, or child).
No. Once the season begins, it is not possible to change levels. Participants must choose their level at the start of the season. You do not need to inform us of your selection.
No. Participants who begin Diamond Club at Level 2 must meet all monthly requirements without exception in order to complete the program and receive the Level 2 benefits.
Yes. You may continue hosting online classes as long as you meet all Level 2 class requirements.
Only 25 out-of-team enrolments will count towards your ranking. Any additional enrolments beyond that number will still receive Diamond Club oils, but you will not receive points for those enrolments.
Yes. Once you enter the address of the out-of-area class, the system will calculate whether it is located beyond the required minimum 60 km radius.
Proof can be any form of evidence that you hosted an event outside your area. We recommend providing documentation that clearly links the event’s date with its location.
New members have 5 business days to complete their enrolment following the date of the class.
Yes. Proof is required for all in-person classes, and it must be uploaded directly to your Diamond Club portal.
If my class is, for example, 55 km from my area instead of 60 km, will it count as an out-of-area class?
No. There are no exceptions. To qualify as an out-of-area class, it must be at least 60 km from your location.
