Last year, we released the dōTERRA Link Generator. Designed to make new enrolments easy, this tool allows members to create sharable links to a customised selection of products they think their enrollee will love, ready for purchase during their enrolment.

Moving forward, you can also use the dōTERRA Link Generator to create a customised cart of products for new prospects or Retail Customers! It's the perfect opportunity to share dōTERRA products with those who aren't quite ready to enrol just yet… Plus, any orders placed through one of these links will be attributed to the Wellness Advocate who created it and will count towards their Organisational Volume (OV).

Retail Shopping Experience

With the launch of the new Retail shopping experience on shop.doterra, visitors will be able to browse products and checkout as a Guest or create a Retail Account. Creating an account will give them the added benefit of being able to log in, manage their account and track their purchase history. For those who are looking to purchase dōTERRA products as a one-off, they can simply checkout as a guest.

If you create a link of products for Retail Customers using the Link Generator tool, you will earn Retail Bonus on any purchases and their orders can help you qualify for promotions and more.

Retirement of Legacy Shopping Experiences

Following the launch of the Retail shopping experience, the older shopping experiences on mydoterra and the old Virtual Office will no longer be available.

Retirement of Old Websites

As we continue to launch new and improved digital platforms, older websites will permanently be disabled. As a result, Legacy mydoterra (the oldest version of mydoterra) and old country-specific websites (UK, Romania, Germany, Austria & Netherlands) will be retired permanently.
