Murray Smith

Executive Vice President International

Murray was born and raised in Canada. He is a proven leader with over 25 years experience in the industry with a track record of results through partnering closely with Wellness Advocates. Most recently, he spent 2 years with his family in Europe overseeing all aspects of doTERRA Europe. Over the last decade, he has served in various senior level positions. He is passionate about building strong teams and collaborating with Wellness Advocates and helping them achieve their goals. Murray holds an MBA from BYU and is thrilled to be part of the doTERRA family.

Isaac Wilson

Vice President, Europe

Isaac joined dōTERRA in 2014 as Assistant Treasurer, and in his time with the company he has served in a variety of roles, including Director of Business Development, EMEA and Managing Director, Europe, In his role as Vice President, Europe, Isaac is passionate about helping European leaders succeed and growing dōTERRA’s community and impact in Europe and around the world. Isaac received Bachelors and Masters degrees in Accountancy from Brigham Young University (Utah), and prior to joining dōTERRA he spent time with the Mergers and Acquisitions group at KPMG. Isaac and his wife Rachel have three daughters, Hadley, Savannah and Lacey.
