When the cold weather settles in, there’s nothing better than a warm, soothing bath to melt away the chill. Elevate your self-care routine this season by making your own bath bombs using doTERRA essential oils. Not only are these easy to make, they’re also a thoughtful gift for friends and family!

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients (baking soda, arrowroot powder, citric acid, and Epsom salts) until well combined.
  2. Slowly add the wet ingredients (coconut oil, essential oils, and a splash of water), stirring until the mixture holds its shape when pressed. If it’s too crumbly, add a few more drops of water—go slow to avoid premature fizzing.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into bath bomb molds (you can grease them with a little coconut oil for easier removal).
  4. Allow the bath bombs to set for 2–3 days in a dry environment.
  5. Once hardened, gently remove them from the molds and store them in an airtight container.
  6. Optional: For an extra touch, sprinkle dried lavender or a pinch of glitter into the molds before adding the mixture.
